Ive rented a mail box from ****** at this address, which I had maintained for sever years straight. He requested the following: 1.) For the years rent due, to send him an email with my credit card details. I said that wasn't a secure method of payment, and I would like to pay in another way. He got upset. 2.) The post Master wanted me to prove that I had a physical address, so I had provided him with an Electric bill in my name. He now refuses to answer my emails, telephone calls, when ALL I want to do is pay him.Business response

The credit card is not the issue. Personal Mail box service was canceled on May 31, 2019 due to non payment. Correspondence was later sent via email on August 10, 2019 informing ** *** ******** he was required to provide store with new Required documentation and total amount due for services to open a new Personal Mail box. The new Personal Mail box was never opened due to non receipt of payment. ** *** ******** has sent payment via Credit Card or Check/Money order in the past. One year has gone by. On Sept 8th 2021 we corresponded via email, I explained to ** *** ******** that due to Pandemic and New requirements we can no longer accept remote applications, all new Personal Mail box renters must apply physically in person at the store. We provide curb side assistance when needed.Business response

New Store policy is all Personal Mailbox applications must be executed physically at the store .no remote applications will be accepted to deter Mail Fraud and Identity theft protection.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: **** the owner knows me from years of doing business with him. So what fraud could be potentially be done if he has known me for all these years? He is just being difficult if you ask me.
