            I have hired Russo Pavers to install paver patio at the back of my home in Palm Coast, Florida. On July 17, 2021 I have paid $1,909.25 down payment out of $3,818,50 estimated by Russo. We have verbally agreed that sod excavated to be used to fill some nearby areas, Also, the patio will be leveled similar to my existing paver areas and not stick above the ground. Detailed specifications of the project were written in the quote provided. Unfortunately, the crew of a bunch of illegal immigrants not being supervised by Russo Pavers and despite my specific instructions installed pavers without excavation and on top of grass without regard to the specification and verbal promises given by Russo. On August 7 and again August 17, 2021 I have been describing in my emails numerous problems with the project. I have been suggesting to fix all problems. My demand to fix the problem left unanswered. Instead Russo Pavers hired a lawyer that filed Claim of Lien without looking into this sad case.
