in 2019 American Construction pros. Inc were hired to replace my roof due to a leak after a while we noticed the leak was still there and we contacted them for a check. They said there's no problem and that the wood is probably still wet and bleeding through the new paint... the leak became worst so once again we called them many times where they started ghosting us, the owner never picked up our phone calls, text messages and voice mails... we found another way to reach them and that's when the owner ******** i believe sent his *** who sprayed a little sealant and gave us every excuse in the book saying there is no leak... or that the sealant should fix whatever the issue is. we waited a little to see what this magic sealant might do and of course it did nothing!!! as expected we have a 5 year warranty that will expire in 2025 i have it attached here i also have a leak... the same leak they were paid to fix my insurance (*********** ****) sent a contractor who confirms that the leak is still there, there's a workmanship issue with the repair done previously AND I HAVE MOLD so now, the insurance is refusing to pay to repair the roof and we can not reach American construction pros. i'm not even sure that they are in business... they are no longer at the office that is mentioned as their headquarters or office i need them to own up to their unprofessional wrongdoing and pay for the repairs... also pay to take care of the mold and the inconvenience this all caused... ******* ******** *** *****
