Dangerous and Unprofessional Behavior by Owner I recently visited this gun range and had a deeply concerning experience. While struggling to place my target, the owner, *****, who was also the range master, sat in his golf cart watching instead of offering any assistance. When I expressed my frustration and asked who the owner was to get my money back, ***** revealed himself and held out his hand for what I thought was a handshake. Instead, it felt like he was trying to size me up.When I suggested we have a private conversation away from the group, his response was to escalate the situation further, stating he would "love to take a f***ing walk over there" with me. His aggressive posture and language made it clear that he was trying to intimidate me, which is extremely troubling behavior, especially from someone running a gun range.*****'s inability to de-escalate a simple situation or offer basic assistance is alarming. His actions were not only unprofessional but also dangerous. A gun range owner should prioritize safety and maintain a calm, helpful demeanornot try to provoke or intimidate customers.I left immediately, deeply unsettled by the whole experience. I strongly advise anyone considering this range to think twice before going. Safety should be the top priority at any gun range, and it was clearly lacking here.
