An employee from this company, ***** ******** hit me on the highway on ********* This distracted driver drove into my car and damaged it (see pics). They don't have insurance that covers my damage and I have to pay out of pocket for reimbursement. I don't believe this is fair. Besides the fact that my car lost value, my insurance will go up and I have to miss work, I also have to pay for damages upfront. They even tried to make me sign a release of damages document that absolved them from being sued. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but he is on vacation until next year. I am absolutely appalled as I was on vacation too and the driver/company is at fault, yet he can't take the time to speak with me, but instead sends me a release of responsibility form for me to sign. How does this company exist. My resolution is for them to arrange with a car dealer and car rental location near me direct billing to them. It doesn't cost them anything to make a call and ask for them to be billed. I already sent them an estimate of damages and found out that repairs will take about a week and a half. If your company is at fault, at least you can take responsibility.Business response

We have already initiated communication with you and agreed to cover all costs associated with the damages to your vehicle, including a rental car during the repair process.

I am rejecting this response because doesn't solve anything. I am still getting the bill for my car rental and had to pay upfront. What a horrible business this is.
