July 01,2024 Re: Complaint No. ******** Dear Better Business Bureau,We appreciate the opportunity to respond to *************************************** concerns and address her complaint with empathy and clarity. We understand how frustrating vehicle issues can be, especially shortly after purchase. *************** bought a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from our dealership on March 30, 2024. This vehicle is 12 years old and had ******* miles at the time of sale. Despite these factors, we aim to provide the best possible service to all our customers.Summary of Events and Actions Taken:1. Initial Issues Reported: **************** reported significant wheel shaking and a tire pressure light shortly after purchasing the vehicle. We immediately scheduled a service appointment to address these concerns. We resolved the wheel shake issue during this visit.2. Transmission Issue: A week later, **************** experienced shifting problems and a check engine light. An auto store confirmed a transmission issue, and she informed us promptly.Despite the vehicle being sold "AS-IS , we took immediate action to replace the transmission at no cost to her. This process took a few weeks to complete.3. Subsequent Visit: ***************** brought the vehicle back for a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light issue, which we also addressed at no cost.We recognize that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle with high mileage carries inherent risks. Despite this, we have made every effort to support **************** and resolve the issues she encountered.**************** has expressed concerns that I am avoiding her calls. I assure you that this is not the case. I have left multiple messages attempting to connect with her directly but have not yet been successful. We genuinely empathize with Ms. ******* situation and want to ensure her satisfaction. Although we have already taken significant steps to address her concerns, we are willing to offer an additional solution. We invite **************** to bring her vehicle in so we can explore the possibility of trading it for a newer model with fewer miles and possibly a vehicle with an extended warranty to provide further peace of mind. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure that **************** feels heard and supported. We are committed to resolving this matter to her satisfaction.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a positive resolution.Sincerely,********************* General Manager, Ultimate Motor Cars

Sold me an unsafe care that lasted 32 days total. This is after they tried to scam me out of 2 grand. Thank God I had my text messages with the sales guy to prove that the deal was already made. So Then when it comes time after I go to the bank they bring me a paper 2 thousand dollars more than what we already agreed on. So the owner talks me into the car and I tried explaining that I grew up in a dealership and I know how it all works. Anyways, the owners said if I have any issues to let him know and he would do his best to get it checked out. Except he sold me a car that hydrolocked and is worthless. I gave this guy 4700 for a 2007 ****** Solara for 32 days before the car hydrolocked. That sounds like a scam to me. You buy a car with confidence because you want you and your family safe. We could have all been killed. I was on 95 going North Bound on my way to work when white smoke filled the vehicle and it stopped right on the interstate. Luckily I was able to push it over. I was late for work. Then I have a AAA membership and I only have one number saved so I called asking if they had gotten the car there because the tow truck driver said he dropped it off in the morning. So they never looked at the car, they didn't even know it was there. After 4 phone calls of people telling me its not there tells me that they are too lazy to get up and look. Because the 45$ uber driver could see it right away and so could I. This is a big issue and I would like to get some sort of legal team involved. They lied to me, they sold me an unsafe car that screeched to a stop at I was going 75 on 95N. People had to swerve around me. I could be dead. Who is responsible. I would said the dealership selling a car that wasn't properly serviced. When my dad had a dealership he would never sell something dangerous to someone. They would make sure the tires are good, brakes are good, the front right tire has some sore of issue as well it make a "womp womp womp" sound as go faster
