This company texted me asking to purchase my home. I responded to the texts and then a follow up phone call with the company. I was upset with their level of customer assistance and expressed this to them over the phone. They responded by texting me again and then started texting me personal information about myself and my family. I hadn't provided them any of this personal information. I took this to be threatening and asked them to explain why they were texting this to me. They have since stopped communicating with me. I am concerned the company is using their ability to purchase data to intimidate customers like to into selling their homes.Initial Complaint

I entered a purchase sale agreement with National Home Solutions LLC, on 11/26/2021 with a closing on 12/31/2021. The company has not deposited earnest money to Ohio Title Agency LLC as indicated on agreement.House was taken off market for over 30 days awaiting transition with this company with no results. Called numerous times with no answer.Clearly a breach of agreement!
