              Hello, trying to reach out again on a refund of our stay. 4/18-4/21. ***********************. ************ We are requesting refund on our stay $578.09. Our room was supposed to be a Garden side room and I called 3 times on that and a girl and a guy both confirmed our room would not face the parking lot or ally way. Pictures online were extremely misleading and false advertisement. We booked this for our honeymoon and were extremely unsatisfied. This hotel look nothing like online photos. Issue with stains on the bed, mold in bathroom extremely bad, poor water pressure and mold on shower curtain. broken flooring and bathroom door would not open up fully into the bathroom. We did report this to staff and nothing could be done because of SOLD OUT rooms. Also a kid pulled the fire alarm at 4am where is your security guard or on staff night personal? JUST BAD! We are disgusted and very unhappy and will fight for our FULL refund respectfully. Please get this refund issued to card on file. Ive been trying to reach out and nothing has been done and phone wait times are horrible. I will fight for my refund from you or if I need to ask on ****** or yelp reviews or report this to Better Business ** We will continue to fight everyday until what is right is done and that is a full refund.Thank you,*********************** ************

              Worst service I have ever had. I tried canceling my reservation and got hung up on multiple times. As soon as they heard the word cancel they put me on hold or hung up. They are using bad practice to prevent people from canceling.
