            In July of 2022 we entered into a contract to build an addition to our home. This work was never started despite ** paying thousands in interest costs, tree removal, and other preparations. In August of 2023, TP3 offered to exit the contract with an agreed upon $12,500 being refunded out of the $45,000 paid in construction deposits. This agreement allotted TP3 to pay back a lump sum of $4215.59 followed by $1000 bi-weekly payments totaling $8284.41. Initially TP3 paid back $4500 out of the $8284.41 of payments due but then stopped payments and became unresponsive to all requests. Per our contractual agreement, there is a $50 per day late fee assessed for every day after the 8th day of payment due date. As of today, there have been 91 days since the last payment made (11/28/2023) and TP3 now also owes $4550 ($50 x 91) in late fees on top of the $3784.41 owed in payments. This is my final request to resolve this matter before escalating this to litigation to collect the agreed upon amount, plus accrued late fees, and legal fees. I will also be presenting this issue to the ***** hearing scheduled regarding license revocation if no action is taken.

            I signed a contract to do the electrical portion of a kitchen remodel. I was given money upfront to get started with the remainder due upon completion. The job was started in November and still wasn't completed by March. The owners of the home had to go track the owner down to get him to finish. I was then able to complete the job and final on April 8th. I still have not been paid. They ignore messages, calls and texts. They are under investigation by the PCCLB and have taken thousands from people locally! HOME OWNERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
