The transaction date of my complaint is 3/28/2023 at 3:59pm. My husband, daughter and grandkids were at Tyrone mall in St.Pete. The walk past a guy playing with a drone at the kiosks of toys outside the Macy’s. My husband bought 2 for our grandkids. My daughter used his credit card and the transaction was completed on a iPad. (My husband has had a stroke and could not perform the task of using the iPad to pay). The drone charge for 2 was $161.98, fee no cash 3% was $4.86, and tax of 7.5% of 12.15 for a total of 178.99 charged to our credit card. We could not use the drones as the area we are staying for the winter did not allow. I went to return them the next day 3/29 and was told they have a no refund policy. No one told my daughter or husband there was a no refund policy opt that there is 3% fee for using a credit card. There was 3 girls and one guy there when I tried to return the drones.. Only one girl spoke English and they spoke to each other in Spanish. The 4 employees who were there when I tried to return the unopened merchandise told me that they were pretty sure we were told of the no return policy. My husband and daughter said no one told them of a no refund policy. I also asked them why I would of brought the 2 drones back if we knew there was a no refund policy. They had no response. There is only one small sign inside a small area where they see but if you are making a transaction the customer can’t see the sign I asked why they do not have signs above all their separate kiosk areas so customers can see. See attached pictures. I am also unable to see anything about this company when I google the stylem&n. We would never buy something if we could not return it.
