On Saturday 11/12/22 I purchased fuel from this Shell location. I'm a Shell reward customer and usually receive a discount at the pump when I buy gas. On this date my reward indicated that I should receive $0.15 (fifteen cents) discount on this fuel purchase. Shell bill board indicated the price for regular fuel was $3.57 9/10 price per gallon. After starting the pump I realized I was not getting the fifteen cents price reduction I should be getting. I went inside the store and asked the attendant was the bill board outside correct and he said yes it was. I told him instead of getting fifteen cents discount per gallon I only got $0.05 (five cents), The attendant said their was nothing he could do. I went home and called Shell *********, we looked at my transaction and saw where I indeed received fifteen cents discount because of my Shell Rewards. However the store bill board was wrong. The bill board price was $3.57 9/10 but it should have indicated $3.68 9/10. I believe this practice is "BAIT AND SWITCH", and is illegal.
