On Sept 20, 2023 I submitted payment to renew insurance, one day before due date. Received confirmation from ***************** Systems that the payment was successful. Called the insurance agent ******* Insurance that the monies had not taken from my account and was assured that it would be handled. American Mobile Exchange cancelled my insurance and sent cancellation of policy notice to address of rental rather than my business address which was on file, evidence from the transaction confirmation that the insurance company American Mobile Insurance Exchange had my correct address of correspondence and the policy cancellation was sent incorrectly and deliberated sent to the wrong address. A representative from the insurance company e-mailed me asking if I had cancelled my coverage which is an indication to me that the insurance company intention was to cancel my insurance rather than try to contact me for payment. On November 24 received e-mail that my insurance had been cancelled by my insurance agent ******* Insurance Agency. I then called American Mobile Insurance Exchange and talked to the vice president ******** she would not give me her last name. She would not take my payment and tried to steer to purchase insurance through another company. She suggested that I call the bank. When I called the bank, ********************************************* I told that the transaction was never processed and that funds were available on the date of submission. *******, the vice president would not take any responsibility for her company's fault nor that of the company ***************** Services, the online company that sent me the erroneous transaction receipt which I included in this report.
