I purchased a Whirlpool Cambrio Washer from Affordable Wholesale Appliances at ***************************************************************** on January 5th 2023. The washer did not work. It would not complete its wash cycle and then after hours of recycling through cycles, it would stop with the lid lock blinking. I called and told them about this on Thursday January 12th and they picked it up on Monday Jan 16th. That Friday I called after not hearing anything, they told me it was to be looked at that day. The next Monday I called. They said they were waiting on a part but would not tell me what was ordered or what was wrong. The following Wednesday I called again. The guy said the part came in, they did not have the technician install it, they did it themselves and it was the lid locking part. They then scheduled delivery on the next morning. Thursday the 26th. I use the washer immediately, I notice sentiment on the clothes but that the clothes seemed not damp or full of water like before. So I continued to dry them figuring maybe it was debris from the delivery. Then the next day the 27th (today), I do 2 loads. The first seemed to take over 2 hrs to wash. The 2nd load, the washer began to act up. I had the load on Bulky setting, deep full because there were 4 regular sized bathing towels and 3 wash clothes. The cycle had a time of 1 hr and 8 minutes. And hour later I notice both my washer and dryer are not making noise. So I walk in thinking it's finished and notice the washer frozen not doing anything with a time of 44mins remaining. So I paused the sequence to see if I could open the lid and check the progress but it would not open and the control panel just kept blinking. No code. So pressed play and the washer began to drain. At this point the load began at 140pm, I noticed the issue at 3:07pm and received a ending beep at 4:45pm with the cycle incomplete and lid locking blinking as it did before. I called the place 3 times with no answer before they closed at 5.Business response

On 1 complaint January ********************* with issue. We walked her through the process and
asked her about manual starting and opening the lid to add anything, detergent, etc. She could not
understand about the three second timeframe or pause and start. We advised her to go online and read
the instructions on operating procedures. This is a high end machine with electronic boards, She did not
understand.
She still complained so we picked up the machine on the 16th, Her complaint was the lid switch which
was found not to be a problem. The installation and checking of the machine was done by our two
techs.
We tried to contact ***** 7:30 am on two different days but got rio answer. On 1f1C/23 at 7:33 am a
message was left.
On the 16th of January the techs ran the machine 7 times, no problem found. On the 17 they ran the
machine 3 times, again no problem found. Because she insisted that the problem was the lid switch, it
was replaced.
Spoke with customer on 1/25 and asked her to come in and watch the machine in operation and let tech
show her how to operate. SHE DECUNLD and asked to *************** back. I advised again to go online
and get the instructions.
On delivery the machine was hooked up and delivery man started to show her how to operate. She and
her partner declined. So I know there Is no problem, just Ignorance of operation.
At our expense we spent $172.00 for pick up, redelivery and including cost for techs to recheck,

I purchased a washer/dryer combo on Thursday 8/12/2021 with a 30 day warranty. They did not have a person to deliver the washer/dryer as their service person was "out having surgery" so I had to go to Lowe's and rent a truck and pick it up myself. 6 days, and 5 loads of laundry later the washer shocks gave out. I called the facility and spoke with the owner mike. Mike told me I need to bring the washer back to them for servicing or pay a $44 service fee for them to come out to my house. I agreed to the service fee and explained to him that I don't have a truck. He was very angry with me and told me that he can't guarantee the warranty because I probably damaged the washer by delivering it myself, they can't send anyone to my house, and there's no refund. I told him I don't have a truck and wouldn't be able to bring it to him. He then said "if you're have as pretty as you sound you could find someone" I was taken aback by this sexually harassing statement and lack of professionalism
