I purchased the Neuro Chill on October 30, 2023 because I was desperate to find something to help me with my anxiety. I saw the ad on instagram and ******** so I purchased it. I received a receipt with the order number but did not receive any other communication. I reached out to the merchant and have not received a response but the amount want charged to my credit card. This is not appropriate and this company should refund the customers.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 nurochillz for $60 may 2th an never received my product I have emails an confirmation #. I did try an contact them by email. It bounced back st me. They do not have a phone # to call. They captured my money's the same day. I would like the product. But if that's not possible. I would like my money refunded.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Chill Pill device from them 5/05/2023 received an email afterwards that said payment was received. Never heard anything back from them. Have called, and emailed them several times with no response. Do not get ripped off by this company, save your money and your time.Initial Complaint
