I applied to have an account on their website a little over a week ago. On their website it says waiting for approval from legal team to basically approve the account. I kept going back to the website everyday to check if my account was approved, kept checking for emails, nothing for about a week. About 2 days ago the first thing they send me is this:Hi ***, Do you have any properties available? Click to submit properties via your Zorba dashboard. We provide competitive cash offers online and guarantee speedy closings. We are capable of handling both double closings and assignments. Get a ************** Why Zorba?? Online quick process Submit your property online in 30 seconds and receive an offer directly to your dashboard. ? Competitive Offer Get a competitive cash offer even in a downturn. We have sent over ***** offers in the past 30 days (!) ? Fast Closings We close deals fast - inspections are completed in 3-5 business days, due diligence is even quicker. We can do pre-inspections too!?Earn a $1,000 revenue share when a fellow investor sells a property to Zorba which I click to find out I still need approval from them to even view whatever this would lead to. So thinking its spam because no one has reached out to me about anything before that I reply Hey if you guys arent going to approve my account after a whole week please dont spam me with things I cant access anyway. To my surprise I get an actual response from *************************** who replies Hi *******,We need to approve manually every account after the wholesaler sends us an email requesting it.Can you please send me your website or other website with your deals so we can verify you? Thanks Best regards,************* leads to a back and forth of me asking if I have other things besides a website that would prove Im a serious wholesaler such as proof of funds to buy houses, a legally formed LLC, and contracts, why is a website holding me back from being taken seriously.Business response

Hi team,
Our legal team received too many requests and it took us some time to approve ***'s account.
I personally checked and ***'s account was verified before I received this complaint, I also called and texted him to make sure our platform works well for him.
