There is a ***** NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT filed under my address at *******************, but it is filed under the wrong address. The person name on the ***** NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENTis correct, however the address is incorrect. The work was performed under the address of ******************* to a person name *************************. We have called this company many, many, many times to have this legal document corrected. We were able to talk to him(*************************) once. He told us that it was not a big deal and wanted to know if we were in the process of selling our home. We told him NO and what did that have to do with him having the document corrected in the system. He stated to give him 30 days to have this done. Also this document was verified and notarized by a person named *********************** using the homeowners DL. If the DL was used then the address on there should have shown that it was not the same as the document had shown as to where the work was performed. IN CLOSING I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS DOCUMENT TO BE CORRECTED FROM UNDER MY ADDRESS. THIS COMPANY DID NOT PERFORM ANY WORK AT OUR HOME ON ******************** IT WAS PERFORMED AT ******************** I AM AFRAID THAT IF ANY LIENS OR ANY LEGAL ACTIONS ARE TAKEN IT MIGHT AFFECT MY HOME DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BEING UNDER MY ADDRESS. THE INSTRUMENT NUMBER IS #**********. ALL OF THIS INFO IN ON THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY Official Records Public Search UNDER THE NAME *************************. PLEASE HELP ** GET THIS CORRECTED. PLEASE..WE HAVE GONE DOWN TO THE ***** HOUSE AND WAS TOLD IT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED BY THE COMPANY OR THE ****** WE CALLED THE ***** AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NO RETURN CALLS TO THIS DAY. Business response taken verbally by BBB:
We do not know how or why a NOC was placed on his house, it will expire after 1 year of being issued. As no one has worked on his house he will not have any legal action or liens filed against him as all work done on his neighbor's house was on the neighbor's permit.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the County Court and was told that the Business had to have this removed, that it does not fall off after 1 year, therefore the company needs to file a new NOC with the correct information to have this removed from my address.
