If it could be 0 stars it would be. Pierre came off very nice and everything however once the job was signed on is where things got unprofessional. Upon speaking with Pierre he said everything for the permits was submitted. Checking on this, it wasn't submitted until 5 weeks later. That was my first strike and should've gone elsewhere as I don't like being lied to. Then we were supposed to start the project and he postponed due to weather. (He wanted to postpone until worse weather was forecasted to start). Come to find out he wanted to start work when the permit wasn't even issued. Please run away and do not work with this company as their will drag you around and lie to you. Forgot to add, if you want someone reaching out to you at midnight on the weekends and 11 pm on Sundays, Pierre and PSLD are the company for you.

I had an outstanding experience with the ************************ ****** was instrumental in mobilizing his staff to address a water leak in home. His staff was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in diagnosing the source of the leak. I couldnt be more grateful. I would highly recommend PSLD for any of their services without reservation.

I contacted several companies for roof repair due to a leak. PSLD Enterprises responded promptly, and I had an assessment visit along with a fair and competitive quote by the next day. The roof repair staff showed up on time on the scheduled day and were courteous and professional. Most importantly, they did a great job with the repairs. I would be happy to work with this business again for future home repair needs.

This company gave me a run a round for over 3 months. I was told if i paid half of cost my roof would be started within two to three weeks. After three weeks i called and was told they would start in two weeks. When that past i was told the following week. When that past i was told they would start my roof Friday after they finished two small jobs. Around three weeks later i got a call saying my roof would be done Tuesday ( 1/ 11/23). Got a call Monday and was told they could not start because there was a 10 percent chance of rain and could not put workers in hazard conditions. Told them there's a chance of rain everyday in fla. I recieved a call later that day saying a customer canceled and could start Tuesday. I guess ****** forgot about the lie about rain. This is a half star company at best.

********************* is *** sent! Me and my fianc had the worst scenario happen to us that any new homebuyer could experience during the worst time of year Xmas! So lets get into a little back story. We had or inspection done back in Aug, 2022 and we closed on the house Sep 20, 22 everything was good as far as we thought. Fast fwd to Dec get a letter from insurance company telling us that there going to cancel our insurance due to leak in the roof which we didnt have. Had two storms since we moved in no leaks at all. We had no idea of what the insurance company was talking about. Not only was they letting us know it was going to be canceled but they was doing it at 12:01 Christmas Day! Like really and when we tried to contact the insurance company the rep we spoke with was no help at all and then proceeded to inform us that she was going on vacation starting that Tuesday week of Xmas. So we was going crazy trying to find a roofer. ********************* was Ref to us got in touch with him on the 22nd of Dec he was so pleasant and listened to what happen to us and acted quickly. He scheduled to come out to us the very next morning checked the roof attic and had the report back to us on Xmas eve before 9am. When we asked how much and how he would like payment he just smiled and said him and his wife discussed it and said Merry Christmas! When I say I could have fell where I stood and cried! My heart was so over joyed! *** is so good and him and his wife are truly heaven sent. May *** continue to bless him, there business and family. I would highly recommend him 10x fold and not because he didnt charge us but because he was very professional, on time, understood the issue and time sensitivity of the matter, he spoke to us with genuine care, came prepared for whatever he would have to do and he was kind hearted. This was truly a Xmas miracle! I cant thank him enough. ************ and continue to show this company love! Forever grateful the Washingtons. Merry Christmas everyone ??

I needed a new roof, soffit AND fascia so I did my homework to get 5 different quotes. Although, PSLD was not the lowest quote, and they did not do **************** I hired them. My sales consultant, ******, agreed to hire the additional *************** contractor so that we could do business. He explained the process and options to me. As a woman business owner, I WAS IMPRESSED, and I AGREED. PSLD Enterprises is honest, they write contracts based on integrity, and their workmanship is IMPECCABLE! My investment property looks amazing, and my customer experience was worth every *****. I will be re-hiring PSLD for another upcoming ******* roof replacement because they listened, met my expectations and got it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

This is my second time working with Pierre to replace a roof. Once on my property and then on my Mother's home. He and his team were excellent and the work was completed super fast. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their roof replaced to choose this company.
