My legal name is *************************** my order for the product is under my business name Melanin ****, which I paid for a product in November 2023 and also I canceled it within the money back guarantee timeframe in December 2023, it has been over 4 months and I have not received my money back as promised. Instead I received the same generated email the company sends to everyone without confirmation of resolving the issue, saying they would respond in 12 hours which is the same generated email again. I am very disappointed in this company and how they are handling their customers given very poor customer service and lack of attention to the customer complaints nor giving them the money they deserve back as promised. I would just like my hard earned $132.66, for two items listed as **** Telecommunications, and withdrawn from my bank as *********************** one transaction for $96.03 & one for $36.63, for a total of $132.66.Initial Complaint

On September 4th I saw an add on ******** for a manifesting program called the genie script. I purchased it and then it started asking if I wanted other programs through them. I declined the first one but then they threw in that program with another one for a better price so I decided to purchase it. I then went to bed. When I woke the next morning I logged into their website and none of the programs were there, it said I didn't have any programs available. I checked my account and sure enough I had been charged. Not only for the 2 programs but a 3rd program also. I emailed their customer services and I received an automated email asking for my phone number and available hours to contact me. I replied to the email on the 5th and have yet to receive a call. I tried calling their customer service number several times as well and cannot get in touch with anyone. I emailed them again on the 6th telling them I wanted my money refunded since I did not receive the programs and provided screen shots of proof they charged me and that no programs were there. Today is the 9th and I still have not been contacted or refunded.Customer response
