    I bought a 2019 camaro ss from them, they neglected to let me know the car was modified and no longer has factory warranty. I only had the car 9 months and kept blowing crank shaft seals . The car sat in the Chevy dealership and I was out of the car for 3 weeks due to the issues . Took the car back to dodge and asked them to make it right , which they gave me what was owed on the car as well as my gap and extend warranty that they sold me . But I was still cheated out of my $7300 equity from my trade in on this car . They refused to give it to me and was threatened that “ if you mention getting a lawyer then it would be there 10 lawyers against my 1 and they will win” . So I don’t understand how a dealership can get away with that especially when your name isn’t spelt correct on the contract , they didn’t disclose the modifications and that it wasn’t under warranty, didn’t disclose the right to resend , ect. Which are all violations of the law. I will never go back here , worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had .

    The customer bought the vehicle on May 23, 2022 and drove it 1 year and OVER ****** miles. He also modified the vehicle with aftermarket wheels, tires, radio. We took the vehicle back on April 6, 2023 after GM ***********************, GMS ***************************** Director ***************************** discussed the following: we gave him thousands over the book value, gave 100% of his warranty back and did not deduct for miles drove. At the time he purchased the vehicle on May 23, 2022 we were unaware there may have been any modifications as this was a trade-in on April 27, 2022 and there was no record of said modifications. We are uncertain if ********************** modified the vehicle to this extent that resulted in issues with said vehicle. We did not 'threaten' 10 lawyers. He mentioned getting a lawyer and that is when we disclosed that if he did so, we could not help him until our attorney and his settled the matter. Once someone 'lawyer's up' we no longer continue discussions. ********************** decided sell us the vehicle back this past week.
