Started my non contract membership on Thursday and canceled it two days later. I did not receive the terms to the membership because they had an incorrect email of file. Paid $108 to cancel a membership I used for two days. Do yourself a favor and dont sign up with them

I started a membership and got a trainer paid for one session but when I later find out that they going to charge me 212 every two weeks for 3 months and they said I sign that I didnt sign up for that

This location makes cancelling your membership a hostage negotiation. They want you to pay them for the right to cancel your membership. They will only cxl your membership if they have your physical signature but won't provide the forms without first paying for another month. They have gotten several months approx. 8 of me paying but not using the facility and I paid for a trainer originally but the trainer left and when I asked to have that money refunded I was told no it could be transferred to another trainer. Due to an injury that was not an option for me either. I asked mgmt. for the district office number to discuss, and he refused to give it to me because they will only transfer to the call back to him. I do not understand why it is so difficult to cxl this membership without the headache and frustration. You would think they'd like to avoid burning bridges but under this management it'll never happen. ***** is an incredibly rude manager who after I explained my situation to and was aggravated (rightfully so) at the fact that I had been mislead by management for over two weeks and after visiting the gym 3 times to request a refund that even two other managers who helped me, agreed on being wrongfully charged to my account. Now it turns out that theyre somehow justifiable although I have receipts to prove that what he was explaining was wrong, he claims that the systems attempt to charge you daily and after 5 days you have the alert on your account resulting in a late fee. The annual fee was charged on the third (I did not have the sufficient funds that morning) I deposited a 351 dollar paycheck on the 5th. Had they attempted daily to charge me as he said. The annual fee wouldve gone through by the 5th. When I went on the 7th to freeze my membership due to financial reasons and the fact that I had a family emergency for which I had to travel out of state. I asked then if there was any alerts on my account and if I still owed the annual fee. I was told no, only to be charged the annual fee along with three late fees for the total sum of 98 dollars on the 9th. The employee behind him was laughing at my situation, he was giving me constant attitude and treating me as if I was intellectually inferior, completely disregarding my situation. People like him should not be in the business of customer service. Let alone management if theyre going to act this rudely and incompetently. I decided to cancel my membership after this. It is absolutely ridiculous that for two weeks I was mislead because I had two other managers agree that the 45 dollars in late fees were wrongfully charged (it was ******** and another lady whom were both very helpful and kind) and I had both managers request a refund for me twice. Only to have him be the one on shift today and essentially deny the refund that had already been promised to me 2 weeks prior and act very disrespectful.

Great gym that is wide open, comfortable to be in, and friendly. I have a trainer there and he has been patient, kind and WORKS ME SO HARD!!!!! Never lets me fail, or stop. I come from a healthcare back ground, so clean is important to me , and this gym is clean!! Cristian is not only my trainer, but has become a friend. Couldn't recommend more
