I placed two orders to be delivered August 2, 2024. One got delivered but not the other. The had to drive by one place to deliver the other. the store didn't answer my several phone calls and I went to request a refund online and the submit button suddenly doesn't work.Initial Complaint

On 2/2/2024 I placed an order with Edible Arrangements for a Valentine's *** gift of chocolate strawberries and flowers totaling $107.14 to be delivered on 2/14/2024. On 2/14/24 at 7:51 PM I received a call from an Uber Eats driver apologizing because they delivered my order to the wrong person. Not only did my girlfriend never receive her gift on Valentine's ***, I can't get ahold of anyone for help. I've tried contacting the store and Edible Arrangements customer service repeatedly through phone and website and received zero response. Order number W2009940045-1
