            I have been staying at Comfort Suites ********** Island, ****** ******* a number of times. I will say this.....do not EVER make reservations at this hotel. If for some reason you cannot make it they will bill you regardless of the excuse. The manager told me that even if people happen to miss their flight, and can't make it, they are still charged for the stay! I happened to get sick about 4 days before our intended stay, and tried to cancel it and they refused to cancel the reservation or help me. What poor customer service! I was a faithful member and will NEVER use this hotel or this brand again! It's a shame that companies treat their customers like this.I disputed the charge, and they refused to remove the charge. What a poor run, and poor customer service for a hotel brand.

While we understand that it may not fully compensate for the inconvenience, we hope it will encourage you to consider us for your future travel needs.
