      On April 14, 2023 I attended the *** World Challenge in **********, ** for with my daughter's volleyball team. While shopping for a sweatshirt for daughter I wanted to purchase a sweatshirt for her but was unaware of pricing. As I attempted to check out, and the merchandise was rung up, I was made aware that the sweatshirt was more than I wanted to spend. I asked to nullify the sale and return the merchandise but was told in a VERY rude manner that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I asked the very rude manager where this policy was displayed so that I could have been made aware of this policy to which she very rudely asked me for my phone number. Reluctantly, I gave her my number and she then demanded I check my text messages. I asked why and she said she sent me a receipt and the receipt told me that there were no returns. I explained that I had not received a receipt nor been made aware of this policy before hand and had not even left the premises, but she just continued to speak VERY LOUDLY that ALL SALES AR FINAL repeatedly. I have never been treated more rudely and will never spend a ***** at this company again and would warn other unsuspecting parents to avoid this very unscrupulous and predatory company.

      We received the complaint from ************** and appreciate the opportunity to share ************'s experience with *************** 

      Multiple event reps told our Chief of Events about a rude customer yelling at the booth. 

      It appears that **************' daughter purchased the merchandise. He came to the booth wanting a refund after seeing how much she spent. He was told he could exchange but no refunds. He asked where this was stated, and he was told that it's on the receipts. He said he didn't have one, so they said they could text it to his number. 

      Our reps said that ************** became very upset and made a comment about why there's a stereotype for "people like you," referring to our reps who are from ******. The report back to management was that ************** was rude, loud, and unhappy that he could not return it.  

      ******* had multiple price signs by the merchandise and at each register for customers to see, so we do not run into this kind of situation. Pictures have been provided to show the sign displays. 

      Additionally, ************** has the product that his daughter purchased. A refund should not be due to him.

      Order Id: 868 on 12/30/****** purchased 2 t-shirts to be shipped for $80.00 from TeamIP at the Gator Bowl. (More memories of a bowl game for my son and I than the $80.) They were the approved vendor at this event and I have reached out to Gstor Bowl as well. I have emailed close to double digit times and called a couple. Following the initial email and phone aknowledgements, they won't acknowledge or give me an update. No products. No refund. I would like one of the two. It is well over the 25 business they indicate it may take and their lack of response is unprofessional. Any help you could provide would be appreciated.Thank you.*****

      In 12/30/22 I order two hoodies. Emails and ohince calls to get a status update and I would only get a response every 3-5 emails. Finally they said they were shipping my package and it would be there in 3 days. In 3/6, so in the 3/15 I asked for a refund. They told me they would refund my cc and send me a receipt. I did not get as of yet, I got a package tonight 3/16 from them with one hoodie in it and it was the wrong one. I did email back and hopefully will hear something tomorrow. But it is been a fight to get tomtbis pony and I paid $176.46. Any help would be appreciated or just not let other people get scammed or waste money I would like to get Atleast a refund in the one hoodie that I havent received I can keep and pay for the one I did get even thought it was wrong.

      In December 2022 I ordered a ************ Bowl sweatshirt for approximately $90. I have not yet received it. I have made numerous phone calls and emails sometimes leaving messages and sometimes speaking with someone. However, not one person is able to provide an answer to when it will be mailed. On 2/6/23, I received a reply to my email stating that my order would ship out that week. However, when I called they had no idea of the status of my order. In fact in the phone conversation today the woman who answered said that there are others calling to find out where their merchandise is. All I want is the sweatshirt. If this is the service that this company provides, they should not be permitted to have the contract for such a large event.

      This involves a transaction initiated on December 6, 2022 in the amount of $193.53. The order was received on January 12, 2023, and did not contain all of the items ordered, i.e., four shirts were ordered and only three were received. As per the instructions on the website, I attempted to contact ****************** both by multiple phone calls and four separate emails. Despite the recording requesting an email that will be responded to in one business day, or leaving my phone number for a return call, if they actually have a customer service department, it has been over a month with no response to either form of communication.       We ordered merchandise at the ***** Girls State Weightlifting match in February of 2022. The order was a total of $137 and we were told items would be shipped. In May of 2022 I followed up via email, having never received the merchandise. Again, in October of 2022 I followed up and got a response email one time, but none after that initial correspondence. I waited the remainder of the year because my daughter qualified for the state weightlifting tournament again and I figured I could share my receipts and correspondence and get a refund or exchange for merchandise from this year. However, after speaking to the manager today, I was told someone would be calling me! I literally waited to see them in person and they are STILL NOT making the situation right, even with the receipt, bank statement and the emails.

      I placed an order for two jackets and paid in full $89.00 for each jacket for a total of $178.00 during my daughters *********** State Tennis Tournament in *********** ** on 26Apr2022. One jacket was supposed to be customized with my daughters name and the other was to be customized with **********. We received my daughters jacket 1st week of Nov2022 but my jacket was not included. I contacted ******* by phone and email to let them know. I communicated with a representative named *************************** who requested for my receipt. I sent her my receipt which was a photo of my exact order. She researched and got back to me on Nov 18 2022 by email which stated Good morning, The decorator reached out and stated they were able to find your order but not the jacket it seems like it might have been misplaced. They are reordering the jacket today and hopefully within 2 weeks we will get this out to you. I give them 2 weeks due to the holiday will push the order back a bit. I waited until well after the holidays - 24Jan2023 to contact *******/******* to ask about the status of my order. *** sent several reminder emails and left voice messages with no luck. I have still not received my jacket and the last time I communicated with a ******* representative was 18Nov2022 which was ******** email. I would like to know if my order is still being processed, and when I should expect to receive my long overdue jacket delivery. I would also like to be compensated for the delay, lack of professionalism, and inconvenience this has caused me.

      Order was placed on 12/30/22. Factoring in the 01/02/23 holiday, the order was delivered on the 25th business day which is what ******* lists on the website. This amount of time is required due to the customization and high volume of orders that need to be produced, shipped, and delivered.
