      Contracted 5-1-2023, I paid a total of $5,667.73 (which they originally quoted $3725.00). I basically had to pay the money or they would not release the items they moved. They did break items and some how lost a chair. They basically paid pennies on the dollar for their actions. It was several thousands in lost or damaged goods, but we had to settle for $263.62. Since settlement, they have stopped communicating with us. I have called and emailed them but they do not respond back. They have basically ghosted me. They have not tried to resolve this problem. Our order or Job number was Va3217449 and Claim ID # *********.

      Dear better business bureau we hire this company to move from ********** to ***** ******* they send me a price over the text communications also we talk to a agent name ***** he promised to us the price will be $3447.00 and we agree is the text message we received a date confirmation for the pick up they arrive on June 18 2023 and went the arrive there there was 3 guys complete different the one we deal they was asking almost $9,000 we dont have it no choice but pay we pay them living us we not money to survive so we where promise the our stuff will be there no more them 2 weeks after 7 days the was guy name **** and he tell us we very dissatisfied what **** give you on the first place he give the wrong price and *************** but I will see what we can do for you so he say that he need to get pay in order to delivery the stuff we say no cancel everything and now he have our stuff not want to release this people has been defrauding many families with this please help us to recovery our things all personal belongs out there they say the need the money first please help us

      Fraud: MoveUS.pro Fraud, breach of contract, deceptive business practices are charged and filed with the State Attorney General in the **************** and the ******************* against ***************** of moving company Move US LLC, Move US Pro, MoveUS.pro, and MoveUSpro.com Do not become this criminal's next victim.Date of experience: March 02, 2023 Guaranteed moving price was increased by $336 in square footage fee, and increased by $300 for furniture wrapping. Verbal quote from *******, at Move US LLC, when asked if price quote is guaranteed: "We are a professional company. Your price is guaranteed." Furthermore, and additional $600 in reimbursement for two months late delivery and for damaged furniture, promised per referral to the moving companys arbiter CSI (CSIpros.org, ************** Intl) was never received by me. Arbiter CSI case managers, ********, and **********, proposed a settlement to Move US LLC on March 9, but the staff and owner of the moving company have refused to respond to dozens of messages by phone and by email from CSI and me, the claimant, over a period of more than three months. As of June 15, 2023, more than three months have passed since arbiter CSI presented settlement to Move US LLC. CSI has informed me that the owner of Move US LLC is also not responding to all other settlement proposals for all other claimants of the moving company. *****, a woman at Move US LLC, Move US Pro, MoveUS.pro, MoveUSpro.com, in a moment of honesty, informed me by phone that the owner of the moving company has instructed staff not to honor any settlements. This constitutes fraud.       April 14th, 2023 Quoted $2883.77 Charged $5382.57 Paid $3335.69 remaining payment of $1646.90 due upon delivery Delivery Date was to be between May 10th May 24th 2023. My belongings still have not been delivered. When contacting the company about my belongings I am told someone will call me back. I dont get a call back and every time I call, they just tell me they will look into it.I want my belongings delivered immediately and adjustments made to total for services not provided.Order# SC3215157 Reference# NC3215157 *********** should stop saying they don't use 3rd party when they do. 3rd party company is First ****************

      We paid Move US to pick up our things from ********** and transport the items to Georgia. They did NOT! We were told by **** that he would help and do the right thing, and be there day of move should something go wrong, he was no where to be found after he sent the final quote of $4200. Three men came to pack but only 2 worked, it was like the other mans sole job was to try to over charge for everything, One thing was they tried to charge almost $1000 for shrink wrap when we had shrink wrap. It was never listed in the quote. (See picture). We were quoted $4200 moving day they ran up the bill to over $8000 with ridiculous charges. We asked them to remove items and they took over 2 hours to do that than never adjusted the bill. They never delivered our items within the 2 weeks promised. It has been 4 weeks and still no delivery. We asked for the address where are things are and was lied to and told they would email it, they NEVER did! We asked to have the ccf recounted and they said they would request it, but NEVER did. We called the police to go out for a peace visit and they could not without an address, we requested the address again, to this day it was NEVER given. We then got a bill that added storage. Imagine that a bill for holding your whole life ******. This is the most despicable thing that has ever happened to us. It is as if they are running a total scam. We call, we email, and no one responds. We are being ignored. We ask to speak with the owner and were told they don't speak to customers. The pick up happened Dec. 19th and here on January 18th we STILL do not have our things and they have been refusing to let us know where it is since December. Please help us get our life back and stop these charges!

      I schedule a move from ********* to *************** with this company and was picked up December 14th, it is now December 29th and I still haven't received my items. I am willing to pay for expedited delivery, but I was told it's not possible because that was not added before pickup. I have been waiting weeks and I am having to make other arrangements which is now beginning to cost me out of pocket. I need my stuff!!!
