GM Roofing installed our roof in April 2021 for $39,000. They have been paid in full. They gave us a 10 year warranty. In May of 2023 we noticed some water damage to the facia board near the roof line. We notified GM Roofing and they said they would send someone. I called a few days later to confirm but they did not answer my call. I called again, no answer. ******* knows my number so I had my husband call. ******* answered this time and said he would send someone on Thursday or Friday. No one has come. This is not acceptable. They are not honoring my warranty. They need to at least come to evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to make any and all repairs necessary.Business response

Hello,
The repair was made to the homeowner. The roof was in great condition but their fascia was requiered to be replaced. We did it and now its complete fine. Roof is not leaking at all.
