      The same day of purchasing the car i was told h*** offer a 30 day warranty which i had to pay for and before I even left the lot the check engine light was on as well as a notice to check power steering, I let the manager that was there Jacky know and she stated she will let rich know and to still take the car with driving it, it may go off. I also let rich know and I took it to the mechanics to have the car read. It came back with several codes which I let the manager and rich know and they had me bring the car back a day later they held my car for 2-4 days and when I received my car back the light was still on and the car was reading the same codes as days went on I kept reaching out to Rich and the manager and more times than 1 theyll not respond. As I got closer to the 30 day warranty that is when rich decided to respond telling me to bring my car which I did and it was supposed to be a drop off and pick up but he wanted to hold my car for days on end again which I was unavailable to do so he had me bring it in about a week after and held my car for 2 days for me to get it back again with engine light still on and him lying saying he took it to a shop and they told him I was missing a fan, which when they took my car the first time they told me they were waiting on sensors so I ultimately took the car myself to the shop he works with here in ********************************* and they looked in the system and showed me he actually hasnt been taking the car to shop none at all it was only took the first time when he got the car on his lot not any of the times he kept having me bring it back and I informed him of such and again and he ignored my messages so to pay $6000+ for a 2013 car with the Check engine light on I need a partial refund of at least $1000 to $1500 so I can go get the work done myself we work hard for our money to have a slime ball steal and I believe he did it because I am a young women so he took advantage

      Good afternoon, I purchased a 2009 ******* from 696 cars . I put a lot of money down and then 5 days later the check engine light came on . Upon taking it to 3 shops ( ******* ******** said that this car is special and has a computer memory card and they checked it prior to me purchasing the car . Mr. **** at 696 cars swiped and cleared the codes and check engine light. I basically was sold a broken car that isnt working and I need this resolved. Please he cant scam people like this .
