I paid ********* ** over $16,000 dollars to install two shutters and 4 windows, while installing the windows they destroyed 6 plants and have refused to pay $150 for the replacement of the plants. just shows how selfish and arrogant the **mpany is with customer service. I can't believe they feel it is ok to **me and do damage and walk away ***** free. They want everything up front then s**** the customer after they do damage. Not my idea of a reputable ** with quality integrity.***************************

This company make me waste my time after they did an estimate in my house for accordion hurricane shutters.. They never start or finish the job, I was approved for a ***** from my ******* safe home . After they did the estimate they requested from me a deposit to start the job when I explain to them that I don't have to provide any deposit they canceled the contract . I explained to them that they can't collect any money until they finish the job. The reason why my complaint is that they are still in the list of contractors that work with my ******* safe home. The lady that works there very unprofessional and rude.

I am very happy with the new windows that O'Donnell's installed. It was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. Matt was an excellent "site manager" and was very courteous and professional. The two installers, Alex and Luke, were also terrific as was Mike, who came to help Matt with cleaning up the odds and ends of the job. The work area was neat and tidy each time they left, as was the area when the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the entire O'Donnell company and would highly recommend them!!

We're very pleased with O'Donnell Impact Windows, both service & installation and the actual finished product. The installation team (led by Alejandro) was careful, courteous and did a really great job of getting the windows installed. I also want to commend the co-ordination and supervision provided by site manager Matt. Once they got the money for the doors, never heard from the same person twice. Took forever to get finish work done. Been 14 months to get a final invoice after the install was done. Worst customer service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I contacted them plenty of times to finish, sent pics of the problems. Will say PGT doors are good. The install company “O’Donnell” is awful to work with. I will never would never do business or recommend them to anyone. Sorry!

We had a great journey with O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection and PGT glass.
Back in late February we met Alex from O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection . He helped us make the decisions to get PGT impact windows. We ordered 6 of them and were told it would be 24 to 28 weeks before they would be installed. Amy from the office kept us informed. In August Luke, Corey and Brandon made an appointment to install them. We did the small amount of prep we were requested. They showed up on time and rearing to go. They protected my floors, carpets and furniture from dust and dirt. They respected my property. They gave my wife and I a guideline they were going to follow. They did not mind if we observed as they worked. The 6 windows were ready for inspection by the end of the day. They had to leave inside caulking incomplete til it was city inspected. The following day the Port st Luce building inspector passed the work. **** of O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection came back and finished the calking and few other items. He walked us through opening and closing the windows and changing screens and recommended way of cleaning. He also helped us removing the window labels to save for future reference. He answered all our questions and said if we had more questions we could call him for assistance.
Now for the windows. We live near the turnpike. In our yard there are constant noise of vehicles with the occasional 18 wheeler blaring down the road especially at night. We sort of got used to that. Now in the house we have what we feel is complete silence. When it's windy there is no sound either. Its wonderful! We have the low e glass with argon as well as impact resistance. We haven't had the windows long enough to tell if there's a energy savings. We believe there will be. If we had been smart this would have been our first investment in our home after we purchased it in 2013. So far this is the best upgrade we have done to our home. The people at O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection were excellent to have do the work and the PTG windows are real quality. Everything has a real glow of quality. I'll update in a few months how things are going. We're planning next year to look into french doors and a new front door from O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection line up.
Everyone did a great job. It's something one doesn't find often now.

This company is absolutely a nightmare
We started with them last august for two houses of shutters and generator
They never put In generator because they lied to us they were not allowed to install.
Our shutters could not pass inspection
They did not return phone calls. The entire experience was so stressful and took a year. Stay away.

We just had 4 windows and double sliding glass doors replaced by the O'Donnell Team. They installed 4 Picture Windows and 2 dual side light windows and a French Door in 2.5 days. We had an overall excellent experience starting with the office staff and onto Rich, our Sales person who did a great job of not only helping suggest what would look good in our house but also made sure we knew that the material would probably take at least 6+ months (ordered in January) to be delivered which proved out to be exactly what transpired. Matt, our Project Manager, called us ahead of time to see if we had any questions pre-installation and ensure we were good with our start date and start time. Matt also came by the job site every day to ensure everything was going well and to see if we had any issues. The installers, Luke (lead tech) and Brandon were on time each day, very friendly, professional, cleaned up the job site each day once they were completed and did an amazingly quality job; I'll request them for any future job(s)!
The entire O'Donnell Team, from Sales through Install and post install follow up was professional, friendly, punctual, clean, good communicators and any and all issues addressed immediately. We couldn't be more pleased with our interaction and have already recommended the O'Donnell Team to some friends for their window/door replacement. We'll definitely utilize O'Donnell for our future needs.
