We received several recommendations for Josh's Mobile Auto Detailing LLC (Josh ******). He was very quick to respond, told us his services and we agreed on a price. The next day Josh started on our 2 vehicles. I stopped over a to check on progress a few times. Josh had parked next to the drain on the street and had accidently dropped his tire cleaner down the drain. He told us he would be back the next day to finish the bumpers and tires but otherwise the cars were done. Initially all looked good but when my wife got in the car that night, she noticed a huge pile of crumbs between driver seat and stick shifts. Additionally, the armor all used on the dash board had sprayed onto windshield and not been cleaned off. The next morning, we looked closer at both vehicles and found many missed areas. Also, the cup holders were missing in one vehicle. We texted Josh and he promised to check his truck for the cup holders and he would let us know. Three days later still no word from Josh on finishing detailing or cup holders. We finally got a text back that his that his Mom was in the hospital. This event caught him off guard with his appointments and would definitely come back to do the tire and trim. Well, that was 11 days ago and still no answer from Josh, even if he said it will be next week due to family issues. Josh was paid for services he did not finish, his work at best was a C-, he did not finish the job, did not return cup holders, and did not keep in touch. We do not recommend anyone use his services.
