THIS CONTRACTOR IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY PERSON! DO NOT PAY THIS MAN A DIME UNTIL YOUR PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND INSPECTED! Everything seems professional up until the first payment is made. Once your first payment is given, usually half of the cost (in order to buy supplies) you will NOT be surprised when your promised starting date is delayed at least a week. He didn't even call once to say he was going to be delayed! Nor will he tell you that he is using a "subcontractor" (who doesn't speak English so there is no way to communicate with the crew on the job while the contractor is offsite doing his own personal jobs...that he promised that "he himself personally" would be doing). The main Job was redone 3X by this hardworking, but clueless, subcontractor. Never an apology from the contractor but SWORE that it would be done correctly (eventually). All draws were paid on time by myself BUT each time a payment was made, the contractor had a family event or truck issue that he could not show up. There were also 2 Saturdays that he said he was coming to complete the job. Both times he was a "No Call" and "No Show." After the job was done and paid for....we had a good rainstorm and then we saw how unlevel all the pavers were and the pools of sitting water on our patio. He promised to come out on Saturday to fix it...but you know what happened. He also installed a propane Firepit. He initially made it that the gas line was "free flowing" so there was no shut off valve at the fire pit! He said everyone had it like that! The first night of use there was explosion as he had every line kinked under the firepit and they ruptured! I was fortunately five feet away and was not injured but it was terribly scary and lucky no one was sitting around the fire! HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO PUT IN FIREPITS! Sadly, we found out too late we are not the only ones with these problems. He is now MIA without a call or text. No honoring of 2 year warranty either! He is a scammer! BEWARE!!!
