  I have a lot of damage and village mover will not respond to any of it. My daughter and I have both contacted him and no results. He sent a man out to measure a special ordered tinted glass top for dresser but that's was it. Gouges in so many things. They showed up in Illinois no tools not big enough truck no boxes or pads for protection. Neighbors couldn't believe these were professional movers. We've always taken card of out furniture. Dents in a freezer. Gouges in the wood on chairs split on ****** chair. Etc etc wall bed unit not put together correctly and dangerous and damaged. I had to leave so many things and give things away and it was like a joke to them they demolished a good treadmill that they claimed didn't work but it sure did a few days before. I'm tired of them ignoring me. They got their money and that's it Thank you I'd appreciate getting these things fixed

Our repairman has also been out to your home, and left under the impression everything was solved and you were satisfied. You have not called after that to make us aware of any current problems. He is trying to contact you now so that we can get the piece of glass measured and replaced. The last contact I have with you is October, 10,2021. That is when Dave came out and repaired everything you instructed him to. For it to be now 4 months later and you have not contacted us further and then go straight to BBB and file a complaint is not our desire.we are more than willing to correct any problems you still have, but we need to know what those problems are before we can help. We will be in touch if it is possible to reach you on the number you've provided, but as I said there is no voicemail to leave or any other way to contact. They sent a man here 3 times to measure for the glass.,they say the repairman has called many times. One thing there was no calls locally i do not answer out of state numbers unless I know the person who is calling. this has been going on for 10months. I'm tired of dealing with this company when i let them off pretty good for all the damaged that was done to my Furniture.
