I was referred to Sage Animal rescue I was told they hv affordable neutering. While @work got a call from asking if I wanted my pup baby teeth pulled while he's in surgery? said, "yes! throw a bordetella vaccine too would be great!" upon finish my pup. No one mentioned instructions re additional pricing for extractions nor bordetella vaccine I was willing to pay once the lady gave me the prices. I was just charged for the neutering. I just thought they added it all in with the neutering which I thought was nice that was not the case. once I got home my pup showed no signs of extractions nor smell alcohol from a bordetella vaccine. ***** it you cannot call these people only email. I sent an email asking if they pulled the teeth & gave the bordetella vaccine it was not on the billing statement. They replied, "no" I was shocked ask why not when they called me! They said bc the request was not on the form. I replied. They called and ask me! I got another response saying yes we did the work we're charging u for it. I said not without proof. She said we'll get the vet. Never received nothing. My pups p**** area turned red after that blow out with the extractions that was never done. I tried to make peace for the sake of my dogs care. I informed them my pups bottom is reddish his s****** & around his ************ scooting very uncomfortable. got no response from them not even for my dog's sake. I took him to a emergency vet $400 it cost me for antibiotics, pain meds etc, they didn't finding anything. Dog still scooted around. Took him to my vet another $400 for pain meds, sedatives, etc, the vet had to pull the stitches said **** made mistakes the stitches were sticking out when According to sage, their under skin & a small round sharp object under my dog's skin @ the incision site which will cost me $400. I informed sage of all this ..no response.... nothing! I sent them a refund request. Nothing. I notified my bank to dispute.

       Good morning,

I received an email from Sage animal rescue v.p. requesting my pups medical records.

I informed them my pup is undergoing wound corrected surgery today & that not only am I requesting the $150 neutering refund from them I am requesting a total refund of all I've paid out totalling over $1,200 and once I receive today's vet bill, I will forward all vet bills for a full refund of all the care my pup received as we've both dealt with pain & suffering as a result of their negligence.

My pup should be healed & out playing but now he has to start all over with pain, medications, stuck in his crate for another 20 days for surgery healing & suture removal on top of the stress & headaches I'm suffering financially taking away from my bill, food, gas & rent money.just the stress of it all.

Today I received an email from Sage animal rescue requesting medical records, etc. I informed them my pup is in surgery today and will send all medical records & total of all in addition to the $150 neutering cost totalling over $1200. I informed once all bills are received, I will total it up and submit it to Sage as I informed them this has caused me substantial financial hardship and I expect them to cover all cost due to their negligence. I will submit all that I have and will receive.

      Thank you,

      Hello,

I have submitted all bills from my pups vet to Sage animal rescue per their request to resolve this matter & I've requested a full refund for the total amount from each visit totalling over $1,400.

I have reached out to their office well before all the visits for follow up care for my pup due to the redness pooled at the incision site after the surgery, my pup constantly scooting his bottom on the floor  & the now confirmed stitches that was surgically removed confirmation that it was the error or Sage animal rescue poor workmanship during my pups surgery. I have yet to hear back from sage.

      Please advise,

      Thank you,

I've received your email regarding no response from Sage Animal Rescue. I've sent them, (***** who is the vice president) an email weeks ago asking her plans regarding this?

I've received information from my veterinarian my dog needing additional surgery after Sages neutered my puppy was in fact the fault of their veterinarian costing me over $1,400.00.

It saddens me you've heard nothing and neither have I to resolve this situation.

      Thank you for your help
