      One of the worst experiences Ive had with insurance company. ************** were down for that hurricane in September canceled my policy started a new one and charged me 3 months of insurance at once was the canceled policy. Other thing is they were consistently calling me for new information that shouldve been asked once the policy was first started. If I can give negative stars I would but theyre horrible.

      On August 15, ********************* my vehicle & stopped to yield so I could merge into traffic & out of no where a young Hispanic driver in his company truck, hit my front right bumper/right side so hard that he pushed my stopped vehicle 10 feet forward along the pavement, my tire marks are in a straight line in the merge area because i was stopped & wasnt moving at all & have the pictures/videos showing this...& of course, my vehicle is totaled & now I'm at a loss because of the other *********** insurance won't go after the other drivers insurance...But FL has "no fault insurance" which isn't right because I did nothing wrong & have to suffer.I can't get ahold of anyone at this Pearl Holding Group Company, no one will answer their phone, & while waiting for someone to answer, rather then use their callback option, the system played their music over & over & eventually say "their are 10 callers ahead of you..." So i waited & waited more then 3hrs & the system still kept saying "their are more then 10 callers ahead of you" & out of no where, their line hung up on me because apparently they closed for the day!!! I've been trying to get ahold of them ever since my accident & have called them 56 times. The only time I heard from Pearl Holding Group was on Sept 20, 2024 when they wanted to set up a time Sept 21, 2024 to pick up my vehicle...? But I told the lady "*****" what about the check showing the paid difference & stuff since i still owe on my loan & have only one vehicle...She said we'll get in contact with your finance ************************** said but you don't know my finance **************************** said "oh we will find out...?" I ended up not scheduling an appointment to take my vehicle without proof of payment first & I told Pearl Holding Group that I also have Gap Coverage so they'll pay any remaining balance. Well it's now November 21, 2024 & I haven't heard back from Pearl Holding Group since September 20, 2024 when they wanted to take my vehicle "in such a hurry."

      I purchased there insurance to get a vehicle legal that I bought from a private seller. I went to the *** to find out it was $700 something dollars to get the car legal because its my first time getting a plate it florida and all these other micro transactions. Anyways needless to say I couldnt afford to get the car legal and therefore dont need insurance anymore. They tried to tell me i had to just give my vehicle away for free and get documents from the person saying they now possess the vehicle to cancel the insurance. This place has to be the biggest scam to ever come onto the market its worse than a triangle scheme. I want this place shut down immediately, I still havent received my money from the cancellation!!!!

      I had an accident and my car was totaled. They continued to take money out of my account months after my accident. I want my money back and they're saying they dint owe it in a technically. I hope that they are shut down!

      This "insurance company" is fradulent. They have not answered any of my lawyer's calls, even though their client was at fault. My car was totaled and therefore, towed. As per my lawyer's instructions, I signed my car over to them and they neglected to take possession of my car, letting it get sold at an auction. Now they claim they didn't know where the car was. I have yet to receive compensation for my car nor my injuries; thus, I will be pursuing further legal action. But this "company" needs to be shut down.

      straight up bottom feeders. theyre only offering half of my cars worth it took weeks and weeks to get an offer in the first place. god help you if you have to do business with them

      I reported a car accident 5 weeks ago, my car is still at the parking lot waiting to be repaired but there is no response from this company.

      They suck!!! Somehow got my wife's debit card number from hospital and hit her checking account for over $1000,00 They know that it hasn't been decided who will pay the bill because it's in litigation but took the oppotunity to **** my wifes account dry!!!!
