This company calls and leaves falsified information in their voicemails. They are using a spoof program and it looks like the call is from a local number. After blocking each different number, they change the number and keep calling. I have never heard of this company before and never filled out any application. Voice mail is always the same Hi, this is ***** from Turbo Debt. I was just getting back to you in regards to your application. Please give me a call back at ************ as soon as you can thank you. Please make them stop the calls and harassing me.Business response

I filled out an online form to get info about debt relief but even when talking to someone and deciding not to do it, I have been getting non stop calls and all from different numbers and more than 10 calls per day. Sometimes 5 calls within 15 minutes. I just want to be on the do not contact listBusiness response

I have never filed a form with TurboDebt. They got my phone number from somewhere and for the past few weeks, they have been calling me multiple times a day using a spoofed phone number. Theyre using my area code and every single day I get multiple call and voice messages from different phone numbers using my phones area code. I blocked so many of them but every single time they use a different number. This is harassment! Make it stop!Business response

False advertisement They claim on Tik Tok that you can consolidate all of your debt into one payment and make monthly payments on it with no interest but when I tried it I was told unsecured debt only with a minimum of $7,000.The ads never said any of that. It said all debt. Didn't even mention a minimum amount. This is illegal and needs to be dealt with.Business response

Our services are designed to assist with unsecured debts such as credit cards, personal loans, and some types of medical debt. We do have a minimum debt requirement of $7,500 to qualify for our program. We strive to communicate these terms and conditions as clearly as possible during our consultations, and we regret any confusion this may have caused.Customer response
