We had water damage in our kitchen due to a tiny, undetected waterline leak that had gone on for some time beneath the subfloor. We chose 911 Restoration out of three vendors to help us remediate and are thankful we did. Our job site manager **** proposed a more thoroughgoing treatment than the other vendors at many hundreds of dollars below their cost. The job was done successfully, without incident, on budget, and **** provided extra drying time at no additional charge. We live in ***************, **, the ground zero of Hurricane ***, and ************************************************************************************ the storm. Florida is a wild west for companies of this kind because the state doesn't license mold remediation. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a good experience.

I had some water damage in *********** ceilings due to my roof leaking. I made a phone call to this company. This very nice young man showed up the next day. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He went from room to room taking pictures and assessing the water damage. He was very thorough and patient in explaining to me the damage caused by the water. When he climbed into the attic, he continued to explain to me what had caused the problem. Its rare these days to get such great customer service. Thank you ****. More companies need to hire people like you. You set the bar very high for customer service.911 Restoration, Inc. Response

I live in a small flooded condo in ************, **. There must have been 6 gentlemen trying to ***** my water. Each one was indeed a gentleman. They always called before coming, kept everything clean which was a chore in itself considering what they were dealing with ... nice, courteous, helpful and professional men. Thank you. July 4 PM my hot water heater broke. It was up in the attic. I called 911 Restoration. Travis was here within one hour. Derek, Lorenzo and their team worked diligently until the job was complete. 911 can have one star for showing up promptly, but very poor quality work. Due to an unattended death specialized cleaning was required and 911 Restoration took on the job. They charged $2700 to clean one room. Their man brought machines, chemicals etc but only cleaned a small area. I have photos to show blood/bodily fluids left after the 911 cleaning. Additional concern emerged because a few days after they confirmed my credit card - I got a ***** alert for unauthorized charges. That issue is under investigation.Review from Sherri D

Barry and his team are and excellent resource. I contacted them and they were at my house and treating our mold within a day. They are honest, hard working and very reliable. I strongly recommend them.911 Restoration, Inc. Response
