My late husband, ***************************, had this company replace his roof in 2019. Within 6 months, the roof started leaking at the fireplace. He attempted to contact the roofer for warranty work but was unsuccessful in getting anyone to call him back. ***************** had medical issues which caused him to no longer pursue the issue. I have been given a quote of $1,800.00 to make the repairs by another roofing company. I would like to have Masimo Construction either make the repairs themselves or pay for the repairs to be done. I have attempted to reach out to the company via phone number but it was disconnected. Their website has also been taken down.Initial Complaint

11-17-22 Contract signed and they were given a check for $24,862 which was half the cost to do the work. We were told the work would be complete in a week.The work was for our vacation rental home located at **************************** **********, ** *****. The contract was signed by *************************** under the name Ray *** LLC Roofing and Contracting. ********************************************************************** CCC1333918 ************ They did the roof and the gutters but, have not done the sofits or the pool enclosure as of 3-16-23. They have repeatedly lied to us about when the work would be done putting us off now for four months since the contract was signed and the check was given to us. Since this is a vacation rental, we are getting bad reviews on VRBO and AirBnB. ***************************** is also working with this company and his phone number comes up as Masimo Construction as does *************************** when he calls. They don't return phone calls for a week or more sometimes and don't keep us updated truthfully about what is going on with our property.Business response

We have reached out to the homeowners and have completed the project completely! We did replace the roof and gutters within reasonable time however, had issues with specialized personnel to repair the pool enclosure. We have since finished the pool enclosure work and will invoice the project and give warranty etc.
