Motorcycle CVO 2018 with under ***** miles was offered to my at $28,000. When I gave them my ******* ***** credit card to buy the Harley Davidson CVO at $28,000 , they said the manager made a mistake and it was $33,000. This was a verbal commitment that the dealership by law should abide by.Initial Complaint

I am repeatedly called by this business trying to get me to buy a motorcycle after I asked over 6 years ago to be removed from their marketing lists. Every single year, multiple times a year this company calls me and harasses me. They also don't even call me by my name.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 2022 Sportster 48 XL1200X on 12/17/2022. When issued a temporary tag was told should receive permanent tag at or around thirty days. After waiting over thirty days tried to contact dealership after four days of calls and e-mails got another temporary tag and the permanent tag will be issued. This the third month and have been trying to contact dealership with only getting voicemails with no response and sending emails with no response. With one call asking for someone from financial or tags and titles and even asking for general manager was told there was no one there that could help me. Being a busy dealership they should be able simple paperwork and filing like this instead of ignoring there customers.Initial Complaint

Motorcycle was delivered to Alligator Alley Harley Davidson service shop on June 13th, 2022 repair order was created and insurance adjuster confirmed and provided payment for repairs, included in this work order were funds in the amount of $879.99 for a TBR exhaust plus labor hours to install said exhaust pipe. Alligator Alley called me when the motorcycle had completed repairs for pick up on 10/8/2022 (5 months later)when I went to pick up the motorcycle the previous damaged exhaust was still on the motorcycle. they explained the exhaust pipe was still on order and they would call me when it would come in. they made me pay my deductible against my will because i did not want to provide deductible until the bike was competed but they wouldn't release the motorcycle to me if I didnt and they assured me I could ride with the damaged exhaust until the new one arrived and they made a small initial on the work order next to the exhaust and claimed that was enough to get my new exhaust when it arrived. so i paid the deductible and left with the motorcycle. the exhaust had supposedly been on order since the motorcycle entered the service center on 6/13/2022 after they provided the repair work order and funds were provided by the insurance company within 5 business days. after multiple follow *** with the service department I have been ignored mostly and after i left a negative review on ****** i was contacted by a manager named ******* and i was told that the exhaust is still on back order (7 months now). so I called the factory that produces the exhaust pipe (TBR) and spoke with a representative that said they have no pending orders and that build time to ship time is only 3 weeks. so I went back to ******* with this information and he said it is still on back order. I called TBR again and asked if they have had any back orders in the past 7 months and they claimed to only have a 3 week delay for any product that is ordered from their factory. i am being robbed 1k+Initial Complaint

Im so tired of being lied to by these people I purchased a motorcycle two months ago and Im on my second temp tag that is about to expire this week I still stand by my good review on the service department but the finance department needs help they have lied to me for 2 weeks straight now and then have ignored my calls. They said 2 weeks ago they sent my title paperwork in so I could get my hard tag after they ignored all my calls my tag office actually called them for me and they said they sent it to the wrong place idk how you could possibly send it to the wrong place but whatever they then told my tag office well over night it. Two weeks have gone by and Ive called my tag office every two days they still havent received anything. Its like they took my almost $13,000 and said s**** me. The least they could do is return a phone call and let somebody know something. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY this was my first and last time I ever willInitial Complaint

After I spoke with my salesperson ******************************* "Korky" for several weeks about trading in my 2020 Harley Davidson Street Glide FLHX for a 2022 HD Street glide FLHX, we finally came to an agreement with the numbers. However, the day that I purchased the bike (8/31/22), I was under the impression, based on our previous conversation that the bike had ABS (Anti-lock braking system). When, I drove off I went to the convenience store on my way to my house and when I restarted the motorcycle to drive to my house, the message on the dashboard said "No ABS". It was past 9:15pm and late and decided to drive home, because, I was tired from the whole transaction. The following morning (9/1/2022) I woke up early and I took time off from my job to get this resolved. The sales manager (*****) said that since I took possession of the bike the night before, that the bike was mine and that I will need to speak to the other sales manager who did the deal ******** I asked him who can take care of this right now? And he didn't reply. I decided to speak to the General manager (****) and told him the story, he said that they'll make it right and it will take a couple of days for them to allocate a new bike with the **** He told me to take it with me or leave there, but, since I didn't have a way to get back home, I drove it home. I went back to the dealership on Saturday afternoon (9/3/2022), since he said it will take a couple of days to find the bike, since they have 19 stores, but when I spoke to him he said to speak to ***************************** the inventory manager and Korky, because, they were handling that. *****, told me that they are looking and they don't want to make it right.Today is 9/12/22, it has been 12/13 days since this incident happened, and I still haven't received any calls or emails telling me to come in to exchange the bike. I'm asking for your help, because, I feel that I'm being brushed off and nobody wants to help. Thank you very much for your help
