Just purchased a used rolex air king *****. Assured it was in excellent operating condition. Recieved it today Aug 13th 2024. Tried setting the watch the second hand hacking would not work. It is a rolex caliber 3000 which has hacking. I called the store granted it was close to closing time. They are eastern time and I am central. When I tried to explain the issue I was yelled at and told it was closing time. And because I purchased through chrono 24 I have to call them. A friend of mine recommended *********** to me, as I wanted to sell a couple of Cartier Love bracelets that I no longer wear. I spoke to one of their sales associates over the phone and set up a day to come by the store. I brought in my bracelets and really was a seamless transaction. ********, the sales associate who helped me, was very friendly and not pushy at all. What she offered me, I thought was fair, and I left a happy customer. I now know where to go if I want to sell again or even to buy a timepiece or nice piece of jewelry as they have a sizable selection.Review from Anthony D

Today I purchased the fourth Rolex watch from *********** , and as usual it was a wonderful experience. ******** is always so helpful ; the staff are always pleasant. Over the years Ive purchased watches and jewelry, for my daughters. *********** also repaired/ serviced my grandfathers ******* pocket watch ,and my fathers Omega wrist watch that was his wedding gift from my mother in ****. I have been doing business with Gray and Sons for 10 years. I have bought, sold and repaired my valuable watch and jewelry items with them. I have always got great value The last time I sold to them, they offered me $3,000 more than any other jeweler/buyer offered me for my ******************************* flatware and for the Cartier watch my mother left me. Their repones are quick and professional. They were committed best in class service. They get a 10/10Review from Martha C

G&S is a special store for anyone looking for a unique jewelry piece or a collectors watch. My husband and I had the pleasure of designing our own custom wedding ring. It was an easy experience through and through when we were truly celebrated and treated like family. I would recommend G&S for any jewelry and any timepiece repairs, as I have also had them take care of my family heirloom. It was completed in a timely and very professional manner. I sent pictures and info for my antique Silver tray, 5 pound, 9.8 ounces stamped 925 sterling.At todays silver price of $23.90 per **** ounce my silver tray is worth $2,056.40 and they offered me $150-$170, pending in-house inspection.I thought I was contacting a reputable business. I sent my very valuable 12 size minute repeater in for oiling and cleaning by registered **** insured for $15000. Watch was received by Gray and Sons on 8/2/2022 and I was contacted by a ******************* asking me to call him about my watch. I did so and he declined to clean my watch. He told me he would have to pay his watchmaker $3000 to do the job. He also gave me some incorrect information about my watch and suggested returning the watch to me. I gave my shipping information to a person called **** who said he would email me the **** shipping information and tracking number. Have not heard from **** and package was not shipped out for 4 days. Very poor customer service.Review from Jenny M

I sold my Cartier diamond bezel panthers watch to Viktoria at Gray and Sons. After reviewing photos she offered me $8000. When new, we paid $15000. Upon her receipt of the watch I was told the diamonds were added after market—not by Cartier and therefor as an authorized dealer she couldn’t sell the watch. Also after a cursory search there were so many on the market wasn’t worth much and she offered me $5000. I received their catalogue yesterday and my watch was offered for sale for $19,500 with a retail value of $35,000. Viktoria lied to me about the authenticity of the watch to buy from me cheaper. Also selling it at a much inflated price.
