07/20/22 Car was dropped off for frame repair only. Car is a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette Parts that were provided by me were a front passenger inner fender, front passenger fender, and front bumper. These parts were provided to be used as mock up to make sure that when the frame repair is made those parts can make sure that everything lines up. Car sat for months on months and finally I gave up on them and requested the car back 11/30/22 When I received the car back the interior was apart, moldy as they left it outside with the window down, broke the shifter assembly because they couldn’t figure out how to get it out of park. I noticed that the parts that I provided for mock up purposes only were installed, these parts were modified and destroyed to get them to fit onto the car as the frame was never repaired. The front passenger inner fender cost $700 and was cut to make it fit since the frame wasn’t fixed. See photos of the cut. This not only destroys the part but makes it dangerous to drive as it compromises structural integrity. The front passenger fender was also scratched heavily and has to be resprayed. $400-$800 in paint damage. There was also overspray everywhere. I was charged $700 just in parts no labor as he “cut me a deal” the parts that I was told that were replaced was a shock assembly costing $550, this shock only cost $100-$150 overcharging me $400, I was also charged $120/$60ea for two front sway bar end links. When inspecting the car only one was replaced and looking up the part it only cost $25. Overcharging once again. I would like a refund for the whole thing. They did more then $1500+ in damages.
