Bought a 2005 Lexus gs300 from here on March 8, 2024 had it less than 2 weeks and the motor blew up and I still havent received my registration or title to the vehicle as I bought it outright I paid $2600 for the vehicle and a new motor is gonna run me another $2000Initial Complaint

I Bought my first car from here on April 25th, 2024 and for the next few days after purchasing the car the vehicle seemed fine for the next few days until the vehicle started to jerk while accelerating, The RPM gauge would jump from 1 to 7 and back down to 1 while I’m driving with me being a beginner driver as well as this being my first car I didn’t know what that meant not realizing that it was a serious issue going on with the vehicle, I called the owner about the problems I was having and he told me to take it to the transmission shop and that there’s nothing he can do because he sold it to me as is. I called around to different auto repair shops and they told me they couldn’t get to my car for another week or so. Meanwhile I drove my car to work with Im a delivery driver . The car would drive fine then suddenly start to jerk out of nowhere as it did before, someone recommended me to take the vehicle to quick lube to check the transmission fluid and topped it off on 5/7/24 The techs noticed the way my car was driving when I pulled up to get service and told me they didn’t think that was the problem, but told me to see if the added transmission fluid would help , as I drove off the car seemed to drive better for about a mile and started back doing the same thing , after that I drove the car back home and parked the car and haven’t drove it since. Thankfully I was off from work the next couple of days and is still off due to the tornado. I contacted the owner of Royalty auto on hopes of some sort of resolution. He then went on to tell me that it was my choice to buy that car and that I got what I paid for . Later that night i went to try to start the car up and it wouldn’t start. I noticed an icon flashing which lead me to look up what it meant. I then found out that the vehicle is now stuck in anti theft mode and I’m unable to retrieve the key from the ignition, A family friend came out to look at the car and noticed the engine intake filter was soaked with oil.Initial Complaint

My brother purchased me a car from there in 5/2021 and my tag was suppose to be renewed in 1/2022 & when went to purchase was told that the Ford Explorer needed to be cleared By Dealership I've been calling # on paperwork & online & it says caller restrictions...I'm needing to renew my tag ASAP so I'm Needing to speak to & something to be done concerning this Matter
