      I purchased three shirts from this retailer on 19 September and receive the original package shortly there after. I requested an exchange on September 28 and attempted to follow the exchange instructions provided on their webpage. However, I never received any response or instructions from the company. I made several attempts contacting them through email and on the phone as well as reaching out to them on social media without response or resolution. I return the shirts with the letter N closed in the package asking also for an exchange and received confirmation that the package was delivered on October 13. I attempted another call yesterday and spoke to one of the operators who provided a reference number 110301 for the call And still have yet to hear from anybody when I attempted to call them this morning that number is now associated with another business. I am requesting a refund of the purchase price for the shirts for approximately $95.

      Returned a number of t-shirts via ***. Tracking shows that they received on April 06. No refund and no way to contact.

      I placed an order on July 5th and have not received anything. I emailed the companies website, contacted their instagram page and never received any response. They basically took my money.

      I ordered shirts that were too small, so I attempted to contact the company, with no luck. I sent the shirts back within the allotted time frame specified by the company and using the method their website described for exchanges and returns. That was in February 2022. As of today, I have no shirts, no refund and zero contact from the company. Here is the last email I sent regarding my return: I haven’t heard from anyone regarding the shirts I returned. USPS tracking shows it delivered on February 8th, 2022. I still have not received the larger size, or a refund. See USPS tracking # **********************. I have tried numerous emails, texts and website chats with no contact.

      I ordered shirts from this company which has a standing return policy that states: RETURNS & EXCHANGES Let’s be real, you thought you could squeeze into a medium but now realize you needed a large. or, in the off-chance that you actually want to return something for some other reason, we’ll happily take it back and find it a new home (provided it’s in new/unused condition). Just contact us via the live chat feature in the bottom of your screen or shoot a message to ***************************** and we’ll get you all taken care of. Our customer support is raved about for a reason. I am trying to exchange the shirts for a larger size. The chat function does not work. Opening a ticket says I will be contacted, but that never happened, Phone number does not work. email does not work. This company has not, or will not reply, or address any customer service issues. Their Facebook page shows this to be a common problem with no resolution. Order #******** Support ticket# *****

      I placed an order for two *******s in December of 2021. They arrived around the 16th. One of the *******s was the wrong size. I ordered a large in each *******. One was packaged wrong.(the ***** was a medium inside a plastic cover bag that had a large label on it). I immediately tried calling customer service, left messages, set up a complaint on their web-site because they said that was the best way to do it. Their answering machine said that someone would get back with me within a few days as well as their website customer service. I even uploaded a picture of the packaging. I begged for a response hoping they would respond so I could get a ***** in time for Christmas for my ***. It could have easily been taken care of. They are only 3 hours away from where I live. I tried many times to reach them. I was very frustrated and left several messages. No one has reached out to this day. They had no problem taking my money. Order No. ********

      Bought t-shirts from online store, didn't fit so I returned them. USPS tracking states return received 8/25/21. As of 9/24/21 there was no refund issued. No answer from customer service via email, live chat, or phone. A representative responded once stating that the return was not received until 9/14/21 (states people from "next door" brought the package over with a note saying it was delivered to the wrong address") and that the refund will be issued within a few days. It has since been weeks and still no refund and no response from several additional emails, calls, and live chats.
