This is definitely a SCAM! The woman ***** gave me her direct line, her ID number, and was even giving me verification codes through the ********** of Education email to log into my account. I gave her my credit card number but told her I wanted to see documentation before I sign anything. She sent me the documents via email and immediately looked up the company on the BBB and saw they are NOT accredited and had several bad reviews. I had a feeling it was too good to be true. It blows my mind that she had access to my student aid.gov account while sending me codes to log in along with all of my information and SSN. I almost went through with it because of her access to the student aid.gov portal along with sending me emails from the ***** of Education. She kept saying she doesnt work for the ***** of Education but for a processing company. I am so thankful I did my research BUT I did give her my credit card number. I wonder if logging in with the codes she sent me if she now has access to ALL of my info on student aid.gov.

They are contacting people regarding student loan information. They had all my information from Social Security number and personal information. They discussed how much I owed in student loans. What is scary is they had all my information. I asked who gave them access to my information and he couldn't provide an answer. When I looked up this business, it stated it was 100% SCAMMER. Beware!!

This company 100% is a scam. They say one thing and charge you for services that are FREE. Do Not listen to these people. As stated by other reviews, these people have information that makes them come across as real. Do Not use these people. Save your money and apply yourself. I physically wrote to these people, as per their 'contract', and they STILL called me asking for payment. Why bother writing to them if they don't read their mail? FRAUD!

If I could give this company a negative numbered rating I would! This company approached me on 10/6/2023 via phone. They had all the current information regarding my student loan. They claimed that they could reduce my payment and reduce the interest rate of the current loan. I asked 5 or 6 times for the name of the company that they were working for, but never got a name that was not rushed and always difficult to understand. When I hung up the phone I got the worst feeling that something was not right. The following week I got a notice from my current student loan lender reminding me of my payment due -I thought that was fast but did had so many other things that I did not follow up. On my normal due date, I got another reminder - this time I looked into my account. Just to be clear - there is no cost to apply for a change to your student loan - I was being charged by this company - they said it was their fee for doing the work. After getting to the right person with MOEHLA - I asked for a copy of my application that had been filed - it was full of fraudulent information. I ended up re applying on the spot with the correct information. While the interest rate is still the same, the payment came down, and there is no prepayment penalty. All for 10 minuets of conversation with an agent. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

Dont associate with this company! They are fraudulent. They will take your money and nothing will go towards your loans. If youve been scammed I would recommend you file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau (CFPB). ******************************************

This is a fraudulent company that claims to be connected to FEDDIRECT student loan company. Just like the above reviews, they promised a forgiveness of 95% of my student loan. They asked for a payment of $700.00 and that would be enough to clear my loans. They are affiliated with Summit Horizons which has MANY reviews about being a scam. BE AWARE!!!
