I started a membership 3 months ago they took out 3 pmts. I have never used the memberships to my work hours. I've called 4 times trying to stop membership. No one has stopped the payments. I've tried to log I to my account but it keeps telling me no membership found . I just want the 3 months payment refunded and my cars to stop being charged. They also charged me the yearly fee.

The member's agreement is currently past due and has not met the terms of the agreement (first two months and annual fee), nor have we received the required written 30-day notice of cancellation. The account is past due in the amount of $147.22 but we are willing to settle for the initial 60-days that is obligated per the terms of the agreement in the amount of $85.98. If this is agreeable, I am more than willing to waive the need for the written notice of cancellation and will process the account with no further payments needed.

I have the base membership which is clearly outlined to be a 9.99$ monthly recurring payment +annual fee + startup fee. However every month I have been charged 18-19$. It varies every month how much they charge me. I did not notice this incorrect billing until today. This has been going on for months. I also logged into the website to double check that I have the base membership and I do indeed have the base. I would like the money back for the amount each month above 9.99 and to also be charged 9.99 every month in the future. My supporting documents feature the overcharges(there are more), an image from crunch's website showing how much a base membership is, and a screenshot from my account showing that I am a base member.

I signed up for crunch fitness in Tallahassee when I was attending college. At the end of the semester, I would be leaving town for 3 months and had decided I didn't want to continue my membership there, so I did what they instructed me to do and drafted a latter stating my intent to cancel my membership, and then drove up there to deliver it in person. The person behind the counter had me pay all of the fees to cancel and told me I would get one last charge to my account after that, for the current month. I have the paperwork the employee gave me that day in my possession. I was charged the final month payment, but was surprised when I was charged again the following month. I called up there (as I was no longer in Tallahassee anymore) and explained that I canceled properly and had proof, and the employee said that the person that handled my paperwork didn't file it properly, so I would have to come in person again and cancel a second time, and also pay for the month and the month after again. They would not budge on this regardless of the proof that I properly cancelled. So I tried reaching out to their corporate office to no avail. They continued to charge me monthly anyway, and now they have sent my account to FirstCredit collection agency and it is causing a lot of issues. I am not sure how to resolve this but it is shameful they are not willing to just see my paperwork over email/fax and stop this madness, as I did nothing wrong. I will never do business with another Crunch Fitness and I will continue to warn others about places that treat their customers like this. I will attach all of the documentation. Thank you. Agreement #: ********** Membership Type: BASE Plan Name: WEB Base MTM CRUNCHLIFE I cancelled on 26 April and it was signed by the employee, as you can see in the attachment. I am requesting Crunch Fitness corrects their records to reflect I cancelled properly, and ensure my credit report is fixed and FirstCredit to be informed

      To whom it may concern,

I have reviewed the account and will be more than happy to help myself with the resolution of the account. From what I see, the account should have been cancelled and I will reach out to our corporate billing and see what the next steps we can do to contact the Credit Bureau on your behalf. I will plan to reach back to you directly as soon as I know how I can best help you. Please feel free to contact me at ***************************** as I am the new manager at this location and will be able to assist in any other things you may need.

I am an American with a hidden physical disability seeking reasonable accommodations in the proper venue. I need to end my contract for personal training due to medical emergency. Need to prepare for a lumbar puncture and treatment with newly established primary care physician.

      To whom it may concern,

After reviewing the above individual's account, the personal training agreement has already been cancelled and the proper actions have already been taken as of her last payment on 09/09/22. We had not received any prior attempts to cancel this service before that date and additionally, there will be no further payments related to that service as well.

My husband and I both signed up for memberships because it is closer to our house than PF. We have it set on auto draft, ie set it and forget it. We signed up in February before they opened and haven’t been able to utilize the membership yet as my husband is a truck driver and we aren’t home a lot. I suddenly got a few calls from crunch fitness and finally got one I didn’t miss. My husband and I both. They tell us we owe them almost $200 each that we didn’t pay. First of all, we thought you guys had been taking it and made no attempt at all for months after I looked?! Had only tried ONE time in March. Why let it get that far? I have been able to go ONE day in February so I had NO clue it wasn’t pulling out and you don’t retry or call before FOUR MONTHS and an annual fee hit?! Who does that? My husband and I will NEVER do business with you guys again if this is what it is. Planet fitness pulls out EVERY month and if they try once and it doesn’t go through; they try again. Why don’t you guys do this? This is BAD BUSINESS.

I signed up for a crunch membership online for a dollar; went to the gym a few times and paid the next month full price. After this I wanted to cancel my membership over the phone because I have moved 5 hours away. They would not let me after repeated attempts of trying to cancel and have been billing my card still. Also, I cannot log back into the same account I used to put my card into the system with becasue they have forgotten all my inforamtion off the app for some unkown reason.

I signed up for a free 2 month introductory membership and tried to cancel multiple times. This company has charged me over $100 randomly and I have not been able to reach a manager. Now they are threatening me with more money and to send me to collections.
