"Crunch" in *********** is a poor establishment to be a part of. I have patronized this establishment for several weeks now only to followed around the facility, watched by other staff members, and informed by management ***** that account could not be located although I had paid for the facility entrance in advance. The Sauna was turned off while I was in the Sauna twice, and their maintenance's schedule to clean the showers stall seemed to be coincidence when I was there at the facility. Can you imagine being a woman who simply come to work out being ogled by staff? Discrimination was very common event I have experienced each day I was presence at the "crunch: in ***********.I am a proud native of ***********, and this unprecedented, unprofessional ignorant behavior was appalling from the crunch in *********** it is not welcome. When I complained to management's staff I wanted to be left alone, and continue on my agenda; nonetheless, I was reiterated against and informed by lower management ******* that crunch could no longer provide services to me. I inquired as to why the decision; I was given a malapert lie. But "crunch" cameras don't lie and will tell my experience while at "crunch and will refute any unsubstantiated assertions.

This guest had spoken with multiple people on our staff about not wanting to interact with other members of our team. A female janitorial member attempted to make friendly conversation with the guest and later the guest informed our Manager on Duty that she did not want to be bothered by anyone. From that time on the mentioned employee avoided her and the guest proceeded to seek her out to antagonize a situation until she could come back and complain that she was spoken to again. No one one our team conveyed any ill will to her nor did they seek her out or "stare" after her initial complaints, but she fixated on the aforementioned employee until it escalated to an issue that resulted in management asking her to not continue purchasing guest passes to our club. The guest is not banned from our facilities, but a level of respect for all of our staff is expected when patronizing our facility and she is allowed to return as long as that is understood by both parties.Review from Rachel G

I joined Crunch for their group fitness classes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, when my financial situation took a turn, I needed to cancel my membership. I came into the franchise location in person and signed cancellation docs on 6/20/22 and was told that after 1 more payment, my membership would be cancelled effective 7/22/22. I agreed to this and signed all documents. I have proof of final payment in the form of a receipt and bank statement as well as copies of cancellation form that I signed at the gym. Now I am being called daily by the 3rd party Crunch uses to collect membership fees. They claim I need to update my information and pay them for July and August fees. I refused and told them I cancelled back in June. They are now harassing me and telling me that they will keep calling to collect and that fees will continue to accrue until I give them a new credit card to charge. I called the gym to speak to a manager. I was told I would get a call back. I did not. I went in person to the gym first thing today and waited and waited for the manager to arrive. Finally, I was told that he would not be in the gym until later and they took a detailed messaged and PROMISED me a call back TODAY. Well, its 4pm and I still haven't gotten a call back...shocker. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PAYMENT INFO! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM if you think you will ever have to cancel for any reason. My only saving ***** in this situation is that my debit card on file expired the month after I cancelled. Otherwise, they would just be STEALING from me every month without remorse. They can call all they want, they can send me to collections over this fraudulent fee, but I would rather spend thousands on a lawyer than pay these crooks. I sincerely wanted to rejoin when my finances were worked out until all of this. I will NEVER go back and I will tell every single person I know not to join Crunch Fitness.
