12/18 - I was called by a representative of this business offering a health insurance plan, they told me it would be $500 a month for a zero deductible health insurance plan that also limited my fees to $100 a day in the hospital. After receiving the paperwork it turned out that this is a multipoint plan, not an insurance plan, and that they only cover up to $100 a day in hospital fees. I called to cancel the plan because they have a 30 day policy where they are willing to refund the cost as long as I have not used the services. 12/19 - I called and was sent an email notification stating they had received my cancellation request. 12/20 - I received an email stating my insurance had been reinstated without my permission. I called them and told a specialist would contact me within twenty-four hours. No specialist ever called. 12/21 - I called them again and was told a specialist would contact me within twenty-four hours. No specialist ever called. 12/26 - I received a text requesting I call a number to complete the cancellation. The number I called immediately disconnects the call. I called to complain again and now they send me immediately to voicemail. I also placed multiple other calls to them, many of which I have recorded. I have received conflicting information, been unable to reach the original agent who sold me the plan under false pretenses, and been met with multiple delay tactics to prevent me from cancelling my plan. I believe the only purpose of this company is to scam people into joining so they can charge them the initial $125.00 non-refundable fee.
