            [MISREPRESENTATION - MADE IN USA] I purchased a set of handkerchiefs from "The Organic Handkerchiefs Company" on Amazon on 12/07/22. Cost: $17.99 with free shipping. The company website [organichandkerchiefs.com] and the seller page on Amazon clearly advertise their products are MADE IN USA. However, the shipper is *************s based in India and the product was sent via India Post. The tracking information shows the product has been through six (6) carrier locations (see tracking information attached). The product still has not arrived on 01/11/23. I notified Amazon that the manufacturer misrepresented where the product was made. When I called the company phone number *************] the line dropped without connecting. Because the phone number did not connect, I would like to ask the Better Business Bureau of Tallahassee to investigate and find an active phone number for the company. I would like to request an explanation from the company and I also request they remove "MADE IN USA" from all online marketing. I will request a refund via Amazon. I will leave my comments on Amazon, Etsy and the company's website. Many thanks for your assistance. It is too important to manufacturers who hire workers and product their product America to have other companies misrepresent who is making their products and where they are made.
