Date:12/24/2021 $183.81 Should have been a working and reliable Benchmade pocket knife. The issue is this is a very expensive pocket knife bought for almost $200, as an anniversary gift from my husband, has lasted less than 6 months, and an INTERNAL piece of the knife has broken so the knife does not function any longer. Returned to the shop in May and was informed they do not replace, fix, refund any kind of products for any reason regardless of the issue being nothing I have done to it and it being a faulty part. They offered a very small 20% discount on a brand new $200 knife to use as spare parts for the original knife that was purchased. Dropping the price to $185 on the new knife. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. There is no reason we should need to buy a $200 replacement knife for spare parts for the original $200 knife that was purchased. I'm asking for the company to repair or replace the knife!Business response
