  I found big fish real estate on Zillow when I was in the market to buy a home Florida. Is there look connected me to **** at Big Fish real estate. **** told me that it wouldn’t cost me anything to work with them. **** had ***** ****** assist me to buy a home The initial home I was gonna buy was $39,000 and I was buying the lot next to it for $4000. I put the home under contract and put a down payment on it. ***** ****** the agent Had me wire funds from my bank to big fish real estate escrow account. The home did not pass inspection. I found another home for $ 180, 000. 00 I again made another wire transfer from my account to big fish real estate escrow account for 1% of the cost of the home -$440 which they still had from the initial home I was trying to purchase. A couple days later I found out that the home I was interested in was not In the zone I was seeking therefore I was not interested in buying it. Before putting any money down I had the agent I was working with confirm Zoning. The agent told me that the home was in fact in the zoning that I sought. I did not end up buying a home. My down payments were never returned. I contacted **** the initial broker who told me to contact ****** at the escrow Company. ****** asked me to have some patience. One year went by and i have not gotten my down payment back. Also During signing paperwork for the purchase of the homes ***** ****** tried to get me to sign and I was agreeing to a $550 fee if I didn’t buy anything. I did not sign The form because I did not agree. All I want is my down payment money back. Before pursuing a complaint with the real estate commission board I thought I would give the Better Business Bureau an opportunity to assist.

  Hi ***** ****** originally worked for a Big Fish real estate for a couple of months but left our brokerage over a year ago and currently works for elite. In the complaint it references the broker ******. Can you please remove Big Fish real estate from being involved in this. ***** ****** does not work with Big Fish Real Estate and did not work with us at the time of the incident. 
  please let me know if there is anything I can do to help resolve. Our reputation at Big Fish Estate is of upmost importance to us.
