      We paid ******************* 1900 dollars to complete work on our travel trailer. He was to fix the window and to replace the entire awning. It has been over 6 months and he has shown and done nothing to repair any of the jobs.

      On July 7 2023 paid ********************* $645.97 plus pay pal fees to special order a replacement axle for our Jayco RV. On 7-10-2023 ***** called back needed more money since the axle he found was complete with brakes. I paid an additional $756.00 plus pay pal. ***** had already checked on availability of the parts and said the axle was 2 months out, but he would call around to try to locate one sooner. I had used the company previously before his dad (*******************) retired .There were numerous delays in getting the parts, then numerous broken appointments to install parts, then ***** stated that the parts were incorrect but he hadnt realized parts were wrong because a friend had accepted the parts while ***** was sick. More delays. On 11-2 ***** texted that the parts had been stolen, he had video and recognized one person so he was going to get the parts back. He stated that if I cant get it all back in a day or 2, Ill bring you your $.He did not get the parts back, and I wanted the money back. Next came a series of broken appointments to bring the money. On 12-1-23 I told ***** if he didnt bring at least $250 and a plan to pay the rest that I would proceed to small claims court ( havent yet). I havent heard from ***** since then.I had used Tallahassee Mobile. RV Service for work on our last two RVs with complete satisfaction while ******************* ran the company. Now i just want my money back. I have approximately 50 pages of text messages between ***** and myself detailing this situation.At no time has ***** denied the amout of money paid, that he got the money or that he owed us the money ($1443.2 including the pay pal fees).

      Cut him a check for parts never recieved service or parts. Never seen him again

      So the BBB really nothing but a place to go complain and nothing happens. Seem like a waste of money to even having named it

      On 3/26/2023 we were having issues with our travel trailer while in ******* (from ******). We contact ***** *****, Tallahassee Mobile RV Service. He diagnosed our issue over the telephone and recommended parts needed. We sent him $1435 via ****** to order parts. When the insurance company would not cover these repairs, on 3/30/2023 we had ***** cancel the orders. He said it would take 7-10 days to process the refund. It is now 2 months later and we still have refund pending from Tallahassee Mobile RV Service for $792.50. We were lucky enough to get $642.50 from ****** when we placed our complaint, but did not receive the $792.50 (reasons unknown). I have many text messages saying that refund is due to me but never received. I have pics of these text messages available.

      This business took money from me as a "deposit" for work that ***** claimed would take less than an hour. I thought it was shady, but I trusted the reviews (which turned out to be fake). He jerked me around for over a month, telling me his supplier doesn't have the parts, then they shipped the wrong ones, then they "rush delivery" sent the right ones but somehow it took 2 weeks, then his family died, then he changed his story and said it was a friend, then he was out of town, then the weather was bad and he was scared to drive (the weather wasn't that bad). It was excuse after excuse after excuse, with zero communication unless I followed up after ***** simply never showed up at any of his scheduled appointments and never bothered to tell me he wasn't coming. It's been over a week now since he supposedly refunded me, but my bank says he sent me $0, and it's been more than 7 business days. I honestly think this is a fake business to launder drug money because nothing else ***** has said is true, and the reviews on ****** are obviously fake. I wish I'd read them better before I called.

      I ask ***** ***** of Tallahassee moblie rv services to check my fireplace in my fifth wheel travel trailer he took the fireplace out and took it to his shop checked and told me that it is not safe to put it back and it was bad and had cause fires so he give my price of 389.00 for a new fireplace. I sent him the money for it on my cash app. On Jan 22, 2022 he said it should be here by the 27th I said ok he was my neighbor and thought a good friend I trusted him, after the 27th he borrowed 200.00 from me to pay his phone bill said the IRS had locked down his bank account and his dad's account for a mistake with the taxes and give me this long story I believed said him and his will get it straight out soon that there can was working on it and as soon as it worked out he will pay me back to 200.00 for the phone bill and get the fireplace order pay was declined because of IRS had locked all his accounts. Then he said he ordered it and shipped on Feb 24, 2022 and was still asking the fireplace when it was going to get there on March 10th he said shipping showed it was in Kentucky and should be there in a couple days we was still waiting on it in at the end of March. We lost our brother and moved to cairo, Georgia so we asked him to cancel the fireplace he said ok and told us we would get a refund as soon as the company gets the fireplace back he told me there got in back on April 22 within 7-10 days never got it when I got upset about this money 389.00 for the fireplace and 200.00 for the phone bill he got all ****** of and very nasty about it and just keep till us lies about the money and still have not got anything all we asked is for him to pay us back for the fireplace we just dropped the phone bill money and all we get is the run around about it to this day not a thing thank you
