This storage establishment has a pest infestation and a insulation problem and refuses to rectify the situation. I rented a storage from April to August and had issues with pests getting into my belongings and my storage unit not being insulated properly. Since then, the manager working the establishment has refused to help me, initially being really rude and shutting me down in filing an insurance claim, and then refusing to respond to my emails and calls about the matter of the insurance claim, as to get out of responsibility. This has been an issue for about three weeks and it still has not been rectified. I would like my insurance claim to be taken seriously, to get a refund for my damaged items, and for the establishment to improve its insulation issues and control their pest issues. Nobody should have to go through what I did and have to replace their belonging, especially as a low income college student who can barely afford an emergency in the first place.
