    On September 10, 2020 | booked a vacation to Hawaii using LoveVacations in the amount of $1,700.77. This vacation was slated to take place from October 20, 2020, to October 25, 2020. On October 18, 2020, I checked the hotel website and noticed that the hotel had been shut down due to COVID. I then called, the hotel stated they didn’t even have record of a booking! LoveVacations never contacted me about this closure, and, as I was scheduled to be leaving in less than two days, I decided to cancel my booking. There were (and continue to be) no phone numbers and no online chat options, so the booking was cancelled via the "manage my booking tool". I was then refunded a portion of the booking: the $64.00 transfer fee and the $781.97 hotel price. The airline tickets in the amount of $852.40 were NOT refunded. I had continued to reach out to the vendor and finally was told in December of 2021 that the refund request was denied by United Airlines. It appears that the airline issued a travel credit for the cancellation. The issue here is 1) I requested the refund and it took over 1 year for LoveVacations to even update me that it was rejected, and the company offered no assistance considering they didn't even tell me that the hotel was closed or try to help me find other accommodation. 2) The travel credits issued state, "this credit is for a trip originally booked by a travel agency. Please contact the agency directly to use this credit". The agency's own website states that it is not booking any vacations for US customers. I want the $852.40 back that I am entitled to due to the negligence of LoveVacations who failed to inform me that the hotel was closed, rendering me unable to take the vacation.

    I had booked a ****** vacation using Love Holidays (lovevacations) and made over $1679.27 in payments using my credit and debit card. During the height of the pandemic, my flight and hotel reservations were cancelled and I followed up repeatedly with Love Holidays about the status of my refund with no word. I reached out to then by phone, website contact, email, and website chat. All contact led to no results that were helpful for me to regain my funds.
